Vacation rentals with beach access in Karrinyup

Observation Rise was the perfect place to base ourselves for a New Years holiday. The accommodations were comfortable for 4 adults and having a car space in the underground car park was essential for us. The apartment was well equipped and the sunsets from the balcony were epic. We made use of the outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa and sauna, which were all fantastic. Being walking distance to the beach, walking tracks and tons of restaurants and bars was amazing. We ventured out to explore different areas and found Scarborough to be very central for our purposes. The only negative was the road noise (lots of racing cars and motorbikes) but that was a small price to pay for the excellent location and accommodation. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was spacious, clean and felt safe. We enjoyed listening to the kookaburra in the trees outside, and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. It’s only a short drive to the beach and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

From the moment we arrived and opened the door to see such an immaculately clean and fully functional apartment to the view and location, we just loved staying there. Highly recommend .

I surprised my partner with a stay for Australia Day, and it was absolutely incredible. Conny was so accommodating and approved my last-minute trip without any hassle. The place exceeded all expectations—better than the photos and absolutely spotless. Every detail was perfect, making it an unforgettable experience. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Ted was a very responsive host. Gave me a little time to settle in and then popped over to show me a few things. He was very accommodating with my requests for early baggage drop off and an extension to my original booking. The condo is beautifully appointed, clutter free, and very clean Would highly recommend staying

Kirby was a great host. Very flexible and responsive to any question. The location was amazing. So close to the beach and shops too. The apartment had everything you could need and there were extra little touches that were unexpected. Lots of space for a family of 4 with older teenage children. A great place to stay.

Sita's property was clean, comfortable and perfectly located within strolling distance to the nearby, family friendly beach (gentle waves and a place to picnic) and lots of wonderful food options in the neighborhood. The highlight for us at the property was the luscious garden and the bird-life it attracted. We also appreciate the lovely outdoor table and barbecue where we enoyed relaxed dinners with family in this little sanctuary. The house was clean and light filled, the kitchen well equipped, and the space generous enough to accommodate a family group. The property was comfortable without turning the air-conditioning on warm days - but there was also good air-conditioning if needed.

What a gorgeous space from which to discover and explore south Fremantle. The location couldn’t have been better for us (traveling with kids, being right on the park / playground was a huge bonus). Emma was a lovely and warm host. All the touches in the house were appreciated - lovely linen, towels and plenty of kitchen appliances, as well as kids toys and books. We had a lovely stay and look forward to coming back! Thank you!

Sarah’s beach house was perfect for my family and me! It was right by the water which we loved and easily accessible right off the street. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying here again if given the opportunity. Sarah also left a lovely gift basket with goodies and fresh food items in the fridge to welcome us!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was ideal—just across the road from a park and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved the outdoor area with the pool and beautiful tropical views. It was a great spot for our family to relax and unwind. The host was attentive, though we felt it would be helpful if some details were made clearer in the listing. During our stay, she mentioned wanting to check the pool and also came by to remind us that parties weren’t allowed. While we completely understand her wanting to maintain the property, it caught us a little off guard since we’re a quiet family with two children. Including this information upfront might help future guests know what to expect. Overall, it’s a beautiful property in a fantastic location, and we had a lovely time

The location is perfect, the cottage is so so cute, and the backyard is so peaceful - we absolutely adored our getaway for Taylah’s Hens. Ro, you’ve been the host of our dreams, always there when we need and providing us with all the information we may need. We had such a good time doing yoga on the beach and eating pancakes in our PJs out in the backyard. What a great place! We very much look forward to returning! Possibly with our fur babies next time!

A lovely stylish and spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean and everything one needs for a stay in Perth. Comfortable beds and bedding and towels very good quality. Balcony great which we used all the time. Close to the beach and amenities (although it is a decent walk there - but quick in an Uber). Laura very helpful and instructions all clear. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a week and have nothing bad at all to say about the apartment or Jen. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything you could possibly need. It was very well equipped, particularly if you wanted to self cater. The location was great for accessing Fremantle with pretty much everything within easy walking distance. Jen was really responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and out. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if I was visiting Freo.

Perfectly located only 10 m walk from Fremantle center this apartment fulfilled all our expectations. It looked exactly as per the photos, very clean and tidy, the decoration created an amazing vibe and it’s equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Brian was very easy to communicate with, he responded messages quickly and also allowed an early check in which was very appreciated as I landed early in the morning. He also provided toiletries essentials and kitchen snacks to make sure we had something handy to eat. Location was top, just by Fremantle prisión and 10 minutes walk to the center or train station, we had an amazing time and will highly recommend this place if you’re planning your next holidays to Perth! Thank you very much for having us!

Our stay at Mark’s apartment was absolutely amazing. He showed us great hospitality on arrival, and was easy to contact if needed. The food he provided really helped us to get started before we could get to the supermarket. The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We looked forward to coming home to it each day. The location was amazing, and it was very quiet for being so close to the CBD with a lovely view over lush green trees, and the city. The pool and the gym were also great. It stayed fairly cool, even on very hot days so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner a lot. Mark had a book with some great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in Perth. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We were sad to go.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living.
