My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Helen was a great host and fantastic with communicating. We arrived to a warm welcoming and a brief tour of the cottage. We found the cottage to be fresh, clean and comfortable,the outdoor area was so relaxing. Close walk to the town centre and beach,we will be back. Pet friendly was a bonus our dog loved their beautiful grassed area and shady tree. Thankyou Helen and Jim 🐬

Summers Beach House - special - pay for 2 get 3!

Our stay was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing - we spent a lot of time sitting out there watching the ocean. The place was large enough to accommodate our multiple families with two living areas and bathrooms. The proximity to the beach was great for the kids as was the heated pool and grassed area out the front. We had a great time and will definitely look to book again.

Charming and spotlessly clean beach house a block from the town beach that is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Marie has thought of everything you could possibly need and the house - which also has lots of books and games and gentle warm lighting - is perfect for long or short stays. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained and I loved having breakfast on the verandah every morning. The house is a few blocks from the local shops and in walking distance of Back Beach which has clear waters and is beautiful for swimming and surfing, although it does have strong rips so inexperienced swimmers should take care. The house is on a corner block and you will hear cars pass on the roads during the day but it is absolutely quiet at night. If you want to eat crayfish you can order some online to collect from local fishing boats on the official Lancelin website or pick up a frozen crayfish from Lancelin Seafood.

Good old rustic property. Our friends over on holiday from Scotland loved it. Place was clean and tidy, nice touch the bowl of chocolates left in the fridge lol Walking distance to shops, beach and tavern. Would definitely recommend to friends to go.

Our family had a lovely long weekend in Seabird. This is our second time to stay at Antony's place. It's always a pleasure communicating wiith Antony. He is responsive and friendly. House is tidy. Very near to the beach. Good food at the pub and the cafe. Met some lovely people at the caravan park. Will definitely come back on our next little holiday.

Peaceful, relaxing and a great place to unwind. Nesci Winery is a gorgeous hidden treasure with delicious wines, beautiful atmosphere and a sweet story to share. The only disappointing aspect for me was the late 1600 check in time.

Mike and Ling were extremely good hosts and the house was really a great place to stay! With ample space and opportunities to spend time together with friends and family, the house is a real gem! A highlight was the games room where we really enjoyed playing several games and spending quality time! Would definitely recommend this place to guests!

Such an amazing, beautiful and peacefull place. Great set up for families needing some much needed RNR. Great location with plenty to do from going for a walk around the property, playing board games with the kids, having a swim in the pool or a short drive to local beach and cafes. The kids my partner and I had an amazing time. Laura was a great host and very accommodating. Would not hesitate in booking with Laura again. Thankyou very much.

Haiyan was the best host. She even had beautiful fresh food prepared for me and home eggs . The house was spotless. Clear communication and excellent response times. Loved seeing the nature around me and taking time for a breath. Named my avo visitors the roo family, baby Joey I nicknamed bonsai.
