Beautiful home and great host! This was our second stay and we will return!

This place was great to stay at. We appreciated the atmosphere it provided. There is limited seating for comfort if you are taking a large group. The hot tub was an awesome bonus. Daniel was very responsive to any concern we had and did everything he could to make sure we had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay at Casey's place! The communication was top-notch from the start, with Casey providing clear instructions and making it known that she was ready to answer any questions I had. The space itself was cozy and looked just like the pictures provided. This is a great spot to rest and recover after spending the day exploring the KC convention center. With the convention center being a short drive away and Casey being a great host, I would recommend you check this spot out for your next stay

The home was very clean and welcoming! It felt so much like a warm home to us that we didn't take long to settle in. If anyone rents this home from Jayson is sure to feel the warmth and comfort it brought us

Demetria’s place was so fun and full of fun activities to keep everyone entertained for a girls weekend. Demetria was very responsive and proactively sent a list of helpful information. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying again!

Awesome stay would definitely recommend! Super clean, hot is great, kitchen and bathroom is stocked with necessities.

Our family loved staying at Jake & Steph’s place! It was so good we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit KC again. There was plenty of space to spread out. We took full advantage of every amenity and enjoyed the little things like popcorn and candy in the movie room, and the highchair + pack n’ play for our little guy. We loved the extras including a nice workout room, the hot tub, and the fire pit. The skeeball table and little playroom were also hits with our kiddos. It is just a few minutes from good restaurants (we loved the takeout from Waldo’s pizza) and shops (Trader Joes and Target in particular). Jake gave great recommendations for food and places to visit. The neighborhood was so peaceful and people were friendly. We hope to visit again sometime and bring friends. Thanks for sharing a great place for our family to make memories!

We came to town to visit family with our little dog and we couldn’t have been happier! The space was comfy, cozy and we were happy to hear the sounds of the train going through town and the bells from the near by church. Neighbors were quiet and we could hear minimal traffic outside on the main road. Parkville is walkable with great small businesses and was a wonderful place to hike around with our dog along the river. Bills place was a perfect space to call home for the time we were there and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for opening your home!!

Me and my guests really enjoyed their stay. It’s a perfect size for 2-4 people. It’s in a great neighborhood so it’s quiet and safe. The house felt right at home with all the of the necessary amenities.

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

Jane’s home is charming and feels like home. When I look for a place to stay, what’s important to me is the comfortability of the living room. What we relax on at the end of the day is vital. I would like something comfortable, a way to put my feet up, newer with supportive cushioning. The huge couch and beds were perfect!! The kitchen had pantry staples, which was wonderful. It was a very well stocked kitchen with all the dishes you may need including mixing bowls, measuring cups, aluminum foil, ziplocks. The back deck was very inviting — but the weather was still chilly for morning coffee out there. We truly loved our stay!

Sara was a great host. Easy instructions for location and getting in. Home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Home is as pictured. You are staying in the lower level of their home. It was quite and there was no noise from upstairs. There is beautiful kitchen and cozy living room with fire place to sit and relax. The master bedroom has a huge cozy bed. Everything was clean and tidy. Great place to stay when near Kansas City.

Place was perfect for a weekend trip with friends. Plenty of cooking utensils and the like in the kitchen, so we didn’t have to go out to eat if we preferred to cook. That’s a big plus for me! The Airbnb itself was wonderful!

AnnMarie's space is unique and lovely. We wish we could've stayed longer, but we really enjoyed our one night stay. It was nice that a great walking/running path is just a block away and local restaurants, cafes, a playground, and the library are within easy walking distance. The space itself was cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay again.

Tiffany's place was perfectly located for our trip to play in a Bonspiel at the local KC Curling. The stay was quiet and comfortable.

The home was so spacious. 6 bedrooms and 3 of them have a private bathroom! The home was clean and nicely decorated. Johnny was very helpful with an early check in and very responsive. Excellent home!

Bill was proactive and responsive. The place was clean and well taken care of. 10/10 would do again, he is clearly a super host!

We enjoyed staying at Kathleen's Air BnB. Each of us had our own bedroom and there was plenty of space.

We love our stay with Zachary. He was proactive and commutative. The place is spacious for the 9 of us, and we had everything we needed. Great stay!!

We were so comfortable that our week there went way too fast! Angela's place was super clean and had enough room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves! We enjoyed playing all the games in the house also. Super relaxing with beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I went to KU and now we have children that go there. We travel to Lawrence quite a bit for family weekends and games. I have typically booked local hotels, but have gotten tired of the price gouging that takes place on these weekends, so we have started staying at Airbnb properties. I can easily say that none have been better than this one. A totally unique home, great proximity to campus, and amazing hosts. Everything was as described and communication was seamless. You can't go wrong with this place. Our experience was perfect.
