Have stayed here twice now. Has worked great for us and no issues. Place is exactly as described and Daniel has been super easy to work with.

This was a GREAT deal for the # of bedrooms. The location was PERFECT! This place has alot of character (inspite of the inconsistency in decor). I loved the exposed brick and cooper ceiling. Casey's instructions were very thorough; from entry, thermostat location, security and restaurant suggestion. It had everything you will need from snacks, ear swabs, ibuprofen, etc. It needs further updating, but this really was and AWESOME place, and TREMENDOUS value.

Communication was amazing and he went above and beyond to get the place ready for us. House was nice and clean, and big enough for all of us. The neighborhood wasn’t what I was expecting, but it was quiet and nobody bothered us.

Great place for kids. It had a fun game room to entertain the kids. It was cold when we were there but the kids enjoyed the backyard. If it were warmer they would spend all day out there. You could tell the owner put a lot of effort in the place. They were also very responsive. I’d stay again if I were in the area.

We really enjoyed our KC getaway at this location. The house was very clean, had more amenities than I remembered reading about, and was cozy with all the extra decorative touches. The giant Easter bunny made this our kids’ favorite part of the whole trip! There is a grocery store very close to the property which is very handy when you arrive. We will definitely keep this as a favorite for future trips to KC.

Tracee’s place was in a perfect location for all our activities! We enjoyed all the amenities as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an INCREDIBLE weekend in Kansas City, and an even more incredible time here! While most of our activities were in the city, we felt safe and a sense of “home” every time we arrived back here. It had everything we could have possibly needed and Jake did an incredible job of making sure he took care of us during our stay! Highly recommend a stay here!

Super easy check in. Home was spotless and very cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable…so much so we checked the brand to consider buying. Furnished basement with entertainment area provided added space for visitors or bigger families. The best part of this home is the location to downtown parkville. We walked to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, the park and dog park in minutes. This is definitely one of the best Air B&B experiences we’ve had. We have family in Parkville and will definitely book to stay here again!

It was a great stay and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely choose again.

Charming little house. Very clean. Great BBQ in the greater KC area, so plenty of options to choose from. Zabrina was quick to respond to my messages. If I am attending the same workshop/conference next year I will definitely check to see if the house is available.

Perfect location! Close enough to get to things downtown pretty quickly, but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. Jane was a great host with a very charming home. We have an older dog who needs medication several times a day so being accommodating to dogs meant everything to us and being able to bring her and her sister was a huge stress reliever. My girls loved playing in the backyard and saw lots of deer and birds. We came at the end of March, so the weather was pretty erratic - cold nights and hot days. The house is a little older, but the ac/heater work amazing! Within a few minutes the temperature was able to adjust accordingly and it made for a comfortable stay. This is definitely my new favorite spot to stay in Kansas City. Thanks for allowing us to stay, Jane! ❤️

Sara’s place was great for a quick weekend stay! She was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay ay Christopher's house and it was just as good as the first! The house is spotless and welll equipped, with great highway access in all direction a moment away. It's a great base in Kansas City with necessities a 2 min drive and all attractions (Zoo, Rivermarket, Stadium etc. ) no more than 20. We'll be back again for our next visit with the grandkids!

Great location- clean and no issues.

I haven’t stayed in but a handful of Airbnb’s, but this one was the best by far. It was spacious, cozy, in a nice neighborhood, close to lots of things to do downtown. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Patrick was very communicative throughout the whole process. I will not stay anywhere else in KC the next time I visit.

Great place to stay! Convenient to Kansas City and Lawrence.

The home was so spacious. 6 bedrooms and 3 of them have a private bathroom! The home was clean and nicely decorated. Johnny was very helpful with an early check in and very responsive. Excellent home!

Such a lovely stay at Martha's. Very clean, cozy, comfortable with lots of natural light! Love the large windows in the living room, right across from a park! Separate work space & desk, if needed is very helpful. We love it here, it feels like home as this is our 2nd stay to visit our daughter & family in LS. Everything is provided that a guest could want during a stay, and location is the best! Martha is very helpful & responsive in every way. Highly recommend it. Thank you for hosting us again Martha!

William was an excellent host! He was very responsive and helpful and was very accommodating when we had a mishap. His home is just like on the pictures, very beautiful and keeps a very clean home! We will definitely be visiting this gem again!

Lisa’s place was perfect for our large family while we were in town for a wedding. There was ample space for us to spread out and all the amenities we needed! Thank you for having us!

Great place with plenty of open space for groups. Basement was perfect for late night hangouts without waking others up or disturbing the quiet hours. Would definitely book this place again and plan to in the future! Super cozy beds which seem to be hard to find on this app. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Couches were also super comfortable! Highly recommend

We had the pleasure of stay at Zachary's airbnb and it was more than we could have expected. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was absolutely beautiful and more than we could have asked for. We will definitely be staying with him again!

Absolute perfection. It had everything imaginable and was super-clean, comfortable and had such an intuitive kitchen which made it so easy for us to prepare our meals. Whether watching a sunset on the deck with a glass of wine or having breakfast watching the sunrise surrounded by horses, this was exactly what we were hoping for in our getaway. We also loved hanging downstairs in the open and airy mega game room to play some pool, ski ball or air hockey to name just a few! We did not have a single issue and host-Angela was proactive and very helpful. We felt relaxed and safe, and we are looking forward to returning to this country gem during summer so we can get into that fabulous pool!
