Our stay at the tent lodge in Jinja was nothing short of extraordinary! The lodges were exquisitely decorated, blending rustic charm with modern comfort to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. Each evening, we were treated to expertly prepared meals—succulent fish and tender lamb, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. The breakfast was equally delightful, offering a delicious and satisfying start to our morning. What truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality of our hosts. Sue and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Sue, in particular, is an absolute gem—gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind-hearted. Engaging in conversations with her while soaking in the breathtaking surroundings of their beautifully maintained property was a highlight of our trip. We can't wait to return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Jinja.

This was our second visit in 2 months ! Great place with such a beautiful nature environment overlooking the great river nile. Monkeys, birds add the extra show. Our host Ceyda was so helpful and kind with cost friendly suggestions and advice for a boat cruise(enjoyed this!) Was a nice gesture to allow us late checkout as we enjoyed the extra rest and calm of the rains pouring down. The food was amazing too even if you are vegetarian. The lady at the restaurant and chef deserve a big tip before you leave due to their great hospitality. We'll definitely visit again !!

An absolutely magical little getaway cottage close to Jinja! So much peace, beauty, serenity, and nature. Good internet and an enjoyable outdoor shower. Very well designed space. We definitely hope to be back again soon.

If it were possible to give more than 5/5 stars, we would! We were blown away by how pristine Alice's place was. The view of the Nile is so beautiful and the place feels so peaceful. Alice is always responsive to any queries. We loved our stay so much that we requested an extra night and Alice was flexible enough to make this work. The only limitation is that you may need a car to get to the place easily but I am guessing that if you're traveling to Jinja, this would be part of your plans already. All in all, Alice's place is a gem and we loved how thought-out everything in the rooms was.
