The stay was very good with all listed amenities. It's a very good place to stay if you a group 4-5 people and if you need to stay near to Agumbe. We covered Kavaledurga fort and Varanga jain temple. Karkala and many others places are nearby. Praveen helped us with the restaurants nearby and with the places to visit. Had a very good time here. Thanks for hosting us.

We stayed at this place for 6 days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is well-maintained and equipped with all the essential facilities, making it perfect for longer stays. The peaceful, lush green surroundings created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a short distance from the beach, the Kemmunu hanging bridge, and the kayaking spot. The road leading to the beach was absolutely beautiful. A special mention goes to our host, Alwin uncle, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He not only made us feel welcome but also gave us great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and tranquil getaway.

The Place was as described in portal and it was clean when we arrived, from check in to check out everything went smooth. Place was an apartment with zero noise or pollution. Car parking was available inside. Which i felt was safe. I only felt bathroom could have been bigger. Apart from that we enjoyed every bit of stay in here.

The property was clean, well-maintained and had everything I needed. The host, Nikhil, is fantastic - he reached out beforehand to guide me on the best route and was always available to assist. He even helped me plan my trip itinerary and suggested amazing food joints to try. His enthusiasm to ensure I had the best experience was commendable. Overall, an excellent stay - Highly recommend!
