Monthly Rentals in Kaiserwald

Cool tiny home by a well-maintained swimming pool. Andreas was very nice, gave us good tips and was immediately there if we needed anything. During our stay we had the area in front of the pool house to ourselves - also the pool only we used, which was great. The location is very quiet and rural and a good starting point for excursions to Schilcherweinstraße, to Leibnitz or Graz. A nice restaurant is within walking distance. One thing we really missed: reading lights by the bed. And the mattress is unfortunately such that you always bulge in the middle...at least if, like us, you are not zaundürr...;)

The stay at Ernest's place was perfect! Everything was as described, it was very clean and tidy. Ernest offered us tickets to a nearby pond very suitable for recreation and bathroom. Definitely recommend this place!

The perfect place for a few days away. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. The place is designed with a lot of love for detail. The hosts are super friendly and flexible. I'd love to come back.

Christian was friendly and helpful from the start. He sent detailed instructions on how to find and enter the place. We were with a car so I cant really comment on public transport but there were multiple supermarkets in walking distance and neirbourhood was quite. Christian and his place were some of the best parts of our trip. I cant imagine not having a place his to rest, after all the driving, walking and experiencing Air Power 24.
