Monthly Rentals in Kailua

We loved staying at Kiril's place. We were able to walk to everything and loved doing our morning walks on the beach. The Beach Shack had everything we needed for our month long stay. Any questions we had either Kiril or Nev were quick to respond.

A month here simply wasn’t long enough! Laura and Chase are fantastic hosts. So responsive, really friendly and always very happy to help. This place really felt like home and we really had to force ourselves to leave. Having spent a month driving around almost every part of Oahu, we would choose Kailua again and again. Specifically, we’d choose this Airbnb. The location is great. Local beaches, shops and markets. Close enough to all the popular tourist spots, but far enough away to get the peace and tranquility. We’d heard about a friendly neighbour bringing food round and we weren’t disappointed. We were treated to local vegetables and Korean sushi on several occasions. I could write an entire essay on why this is the best trip and best airbnb we’ve stayed in, but there’s a character limit so I’ll just say if you’re considering booking this place, stop considering and book it right now!

This Airbnb is in a safe and well kept neighborhood. Stores, restaurants, and beautiful beaches are very close to the Airbnb. Tommy was a very responsive host and made sure I had everything I needed. The jug of water was awesome to have since it pours out cold water. And they offer refills! Such a good deal on a rental property in Oahu. The only downside to this place is the neighbors dogs barking early almost every morning, the bed being firm, and it was January (winter) and the unit was too hot for me. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was the perfect place and I loved my stay. It’s hard to find a place that is affordable like this one on Oahu so I’m very thankful I found this place. I would easily stay again!

Staying at Karibu Cottage was a highlight of our trip to Hawaii. The living space was comfortable, modern and very well- equipped. We were welcomed with a nicely stocked refrigerator. The unit had delightful cross breezes with loads of natural light, and the bed was excellent. It had a great lanai, a fully private entrance and yard with a gas grill, complete beach equipment, and a designated parking spot. John was very helpful and quickly responsive to a few questions we had at arrival and about media access. The location enabled us to get up for sunrise over the Mōkūlua most mornings after a very short walk. Kailua town and its farmer’s market, grocery stores and great restaurants ( Buzz’s, Paia Fish House) are a short drive away. While we only had the pleasure of meeting them once during our stay, it is clear that Melinda and John put a lot of thought and care into the space and we are very appreciative. We would love to make a return visit! Sunrises here are gorgeous!
