Location, Location, Location: This home is centrally located within a secure gated community in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. You are approximately 35-40 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes (w/traffic) from EVERYTHING ELSE. Except the beach which is practically in your backyard. We ventured out of the rear exit of the community, which is lined with resorts. For a nominal fee, La Petitte allowed us to utilize their facilities, and we were treated like royalty. Space and the more space: Very spacious residence, with all the comforts of home. Upon arrival, the concierge did a quick walk through to certify all was well and answer any questions. Soon after landing, we received a message from Jeff & Mariel ensuring we arrived safely and were ready to have a great time. There were snacks and drinks available for our consumption as well as a fountain with purified water and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are spacious with TV and AC in each and plenty of beds. Enjoyed our stay!

El faro is a good place to stay. Easy to get to downtown. The flat was comfortable, well equipped.

Casa Mulder was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, well-located, and charming. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed it. We really appreciated that the the manager went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional - arranging car rentals, tours, and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The ADS team was really wonderful - Jin Ceballos in particular provided wonderful guidance and support. Highly recommend!

Maria was very kind in her treatment, she showed availability and was very attentive to resolve my doubts, and sent staff immediately to review a detail with the door battery.

Both Katherine & Roberto, are extremely responsive. The house is convenient to both the beach and town/restaurants. Rooftop is spacious and comfortable. We were able to have great massages on the private balcony. thanks to Katherine.

100% recommended, as described. The hosts are kind and overlooked all the time. The apartment was clean and tidy. There was some water and beers in the cold which is great after a busy day. It is very close to 5th avenue and local shops which is very comfortable, as you find everything within walking distance. It is a very complete place and it is well worth it. A/C works perfectly, fans. Everything. We were very pleased, we loved it.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

They were very attentive, they were quick to respond and were willing to solve the problems. The air conditioner in the room was not working, the reports and immediately the next day they installed a new one. Excellent attention, good location and beautiful apartment.

I can’t say enough about this fabulous place!! The hosts, the location, the bright open studio concept with peekaboo view of the ocean, the large open patio and proximity of literally steps away from the beach are at the top of my wow list. This is a fantastic rental for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Puerto Moreles for an affordable stay. The bed was comfortable and the nights were peaceful and quiet. The bonus of beach chair with umbrella and the bike was awesome. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend this place. A fantastic gem in Playa Del Carmen!! My wife and I absolutely loved the Condo, the building staff and the gorgeous rooftop pool. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Miguel's listing was one of the best we have ever stayed. The condo is located in an excellent location just off 5th avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes and just a six minute walk to the beach. Excellent hosts, very responsive, helpful and made our 2 week stay so enjoyable. The unit was stocked with plenty of items to get us started and providing water and pop in the fridge was a nice surprise!! The condo also had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, we used the beach chairs almost every day. There is a small patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. I definitely recommend without any hesitation. Quiet and safe location.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment located in the best street of Playa Carmen! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

marian's apartment is excellent. Very well located, steps from Coco Bongo and the 5th. On the way around you have a full OXXO. The Dpto has a lot of elements that will make your stay very comfortable, as if you were at home. The full suuuuper kitchen. the washer and dryer were of great help. It has handbags for the supermarket and other thermal for going to the beach. Eloiza was very responsive and instantly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely an excellent choice

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

We had an amazing 10 days at Nick’s place! Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay! Eduardo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and super responsive to our questions, thanks again, Eduardo! We will definitely be back soon!

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

The place is just blocks away from all the action. The apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay in Playa. We had a really good time, overall. The host is very responsive to any issues and also to provide useful information.

The condo at Dos Delfines was wonderful - great location a 2 min walk from the beach but also walkable to the port with restaurants, grocery, etc. The unit was as described and perfect for our needs - kitchen had all the utensils, drinking water provided, etc. What really set the rental apart; however, was the team managing the property. We left an item of value in our unit and realized it when we got to the airport. I messaged the property manger Amanda. She found a driver that was able to bring it to us at the airport and still make our flight - the true definition of going above and beyond . We (a family of 3) have already discussed when we can head back to Puerto Morelos and stay in the same rental again!
