Everything was perfect, the photos don't do it justice, having the private pool is the best, very pleasant and relaxing. Olivia is very friendly and excellent communication, she supported me at all times. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it. It's easy to get around the area and very quiet. We had an amazing stay at Carolina's place with our 3yo and 6 month old. The house is just as beautiful as the photos and had everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels etc. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extra touches such as shampoo and conditioner in the showers. As we were traveling with our baby, the host provided a travel cot with a comfy mattress and a high chair. If we had any queries they responded really quickly and sorted out something that wasnt working immediately. The complex felt really safe and the big communal pool was a highlight, perfect for kids (and adults!) and never busy. There was even a small play park for children. You definitely need a car to stay here but it's a short distance to Puerto Morelos which is a charming small town with lots of nice restaurant options. This place has everything you need and more for a really comfortable stay!

Very complete and safe house. Everything very comfortable and at ease, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen

Excellent property for families, it's not as accessible without private transportation. Suitable for activities near the area. The house and the furnishings are first-class. I suggest that the stay can be made more pleasant if there are details such as coffee, tea, oil, oatmeal, and especially water available for guests to drink.

Wow, great vacation . Adorable hosts and very quick to respond to questions! If you have hot water issues or anything else, be sure they'll respond quickly! It was a pleasure to meet them and spend our vacation with them . We recommend the place for your stay

Milko’s casita was a WONDERFUL place for us to stay when another air bnb did not end up working out. He provided excellent and detailed last minute support, kindness, and warmth. The house itself is beautiful with wonderful amenities and is close to anything you could need. Our kids were in awe of local wildlife and we are delicious food at all the local restaurants. Very thankful to have met these exceedingly gracious hosts. :)

excellent place to come with family, the house has easy access, through the street there is a taxi site, 3 blocks a Oxxo, very rich pizzeria 5 streets away., without a doubt we will regrs to know more siegea in Puerto Morelos.,

Beautiful house! Very private with lots of interesting birds. We also saw monkeys! It is off the main highway and it’s hard to turn on towards the beach from the housing community, but it was worth it to have such a beautiful space.

It was excellent, the host was always attentive to us, and answered quickly. The house is very comfortable and above all very clean, with everything in order. In a very safe private community, friendly guards at all times. I recommend it 100%. They welcomed us with the air conditioning in the room on for a comfortable welcome. It has everything you need to spend a long time in Playa del Carmen. Convenience stores two blocks away, it has a shared pool. Overall excellent, that's why 5/5.

this place was absolutely beautiful!!! the grounds are magical, you can take trails to parks, splash pads, and cenote. there was wild life everywhere. it was beautiful. my 3 year old LOVED it. the place is also very safe. you have to go through 2 different security gates to get to he property. we had a few issues and Jessica immediately responsed and had some to come fix everything whenever we were available. she continued to to check to ensure we were having a nice stay. I would highly recommend.

Very close to Xcaret and Alonso is very friendly and communicative.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

This place was perfect for my family to relax and enjoy what the beach has to offer. The tranquility and the wonderful views make this an excellent place to unwind. Enjoy wonderful sunrises every morning that you are there. I will recommend this place to all of my friends who want a nice place in Playa del Carmen to really relax. This place is awesome and my new favorite place to be!!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Beautiful house on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large living room/kitchen on the ground floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our group of 6 people. The house is in a private and guarded residential complex, it's reassuring, but it should be noted that nothing is within walking distance and it is better to have a vehicle to access shops and the beach. The complex has a swimming pool which is nice. The things to fix to make the experience perfect: we hear the noise from the road nearby, the kitchen lacked equipment, and the flow of the showers was too low.

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
