Everything was fine! We just felt a little awkward about the deposit as Airbnb covers any damage.

It was an amazing house in a very private area. The amenities were great, just like described and the contact with the support team was very clear and they were always very friendly and quickly to react.

Super recommended... we had an 8-day stay and I really recommend it... I always answer my doubts and it's worth staying in this place ... there are supermarkets and several oxxos near the place ... the house is very spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable.

We had a great time and loved this place. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to food. Place was very clean and comfortable and had a great pool for our kids. We couldn’t get them out of it! Very responsive host with lots of great advice to make our trip great!

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

We were excellent, the host was always on the lookout for us, I was quick to answer. The house is very comfortable and above all very clean, in order. In a very safe private, friendly guards at all times. I recommend it 100%. We were greeted with the climate of the room on for a comfortable welcome, it has everything you need to spend a long time in Playa del Carmen. Convenience stores two blocks away, it has a shared pool. Overall excellent, that's why 5/5.

Excellent place to spend family holidays, our hostess was attentive before our arrival, in our stay and in our departure. The house is delivered as presented in the photos, it is really very comfortable and cozy, it feels like being in your own home. The location of the subdivision is very safe in addition to being at an intermediate point between Cancun and Playa del Carmen....point apart is Puerto Morelos which is simply spectacular. Without a doubt I would book again.

Quiet place and very secure

Very good host, very suitable place, clean and with good distribution of the apartment. With all necessary kitchen utensils and implementation. Overall very good choice that fulfilled everything offered. Recommended

Beautiful experience in Casa Lita, very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities. Karen and Ashley were quick to respond to each query and Sergio was very nice and efficient in their work! He gave us very good recommendations. We went on a family trip 14 people and we felt right at home, we would definitely come back!

I loved my stay! Jessica is a delight. Even before I met her, she made me feel like more than just a guest. She gave me instructions on how to get tocher and how to catch a taxi. She checked on me to make sure I was safe and could find her. As soon as i arrived, she greeted me at the door and welcomed me with open arms. We sat outside and talked for awhile and I got to know her. She has a great personality and is very friendly. The Casita was amazing. Very clean and just like it was described. It has everything you need and Jessica checked on me. I felt very comfortable and safe. It's very close to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, and atms. I extended my stay because I liked it so much. I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Perfect for the family

We spent 10 days with family and friends in Christmas time. The apartment was perfect for us, and Karina was always ready to help us with every kind of request. We spent the Christmas day at the pool and it was fun, the kids loved the playground area. We liked to be close to the pueblo, the food was amazing and cheap. The beach is around 10 minutes drive. I recommend to have a car.

Everything was perfect, the toilet upstairs had problems, but if it's changed everything is PERFECT!!!

Our stay at Casa Martini in Playa del Carmen was nothing short of excellent. The location is fantastic – in a safe and secure neighborhood, just a short walk down the beach to Fifth Avenue, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and entertainment. The host, Mercedes, was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met and making us feel truly welcomed. One of the highlights of our trip was the private chef recommended by Mercedes – the meals were absolutely amazing and added an extra level of luxury to our stay. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Casa Martini to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

Without exaggeration, the best Airbnb I have ever rented. A beautiful house that I honestly without hesitation would move in completely immediately. Just everything is perfect. I was sad to have to leave it.
