Very quiet and clean.

Our stay was excellent. The house is comfortable, clean and located in a cozy and conveniently located neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance: popular establishments such as Café Colao, Helados Ivón, Duarte Park and several supermarkets are just minutes away. We hardly needed to use the car. Melanie, the host, was very attentive from the start, even accommodating us with a special request. It is evident that he has the support of a family team that collaborates to ensure that everything goes well. Marcia was the one who welcomed us and handed over the keys, and throughout the stay she was attentive along with other members of her family. Everyone's genuine interest in ensuring that visitors have a comfortable and enjoyable experience is evident. Totally recommended!

The stay in this house was a unique experience. Attention, the hosts, Guido, Salvador: exceptional, always attentive and willing to any request or recommendation. The house is impeccable, everything is well arranged and clean. Full equipment, comfortable rooms. The view and setting, expectacular! We will definitely be back soon! Although we were as a couple, it is also recommended for families, as there are 3 rooms each with its own bathroom. Thank you for such a great experience!

Thank you Angelo for hosting us at your home! It was the perfect space for our family, we cooked a lot, enjoyed the pool, barbecue, and outdoor spaces. 8 minutes walking to the town center with lots of cute restaurants, bakeries, and tourist attractions. ~15 minutes driving to waterfalls and hikes outside of the city. Lots of beautiful plants and flowers. Our hosts were kind and responsive. Heads up to future guests there are some stray cats and dogs that wander in and out of the yard but they're pretty chill. Also, at the moment they are doing construction on the building across the street so that can get pretty loud during the day. But the house and space itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Thank you again.

Had a really good stay here. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The host was super responsive any time I had a question, which made the whole process easy. The people living upstairs were also really nice — quiet, friendly, and respectful. Overall, it was a relaxed and comfortable experience. I’d definitely book again.

Excellent mountain villa. With everything you need for a vacation in the mountains. The heated jacuzzi, the fire pit, the different areas and the attention of the staff, simply excellent. Nestor was an excellent host, very attentive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of having the apartment stocked with snacks and ice, which made the stay even more convenient and welcoming. A couple of things that could be improved: the main room’s AC was a bit underpowered given the size of the space. Fortunately, I didn’t have many guests and was able to sleep comfortably in the middle bedroom. Additionally, the hot water system was occasionally inconsistent. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I would rate this place a solid 10/10.
