Monthly Rentals in İzmit

Came back to Ismails place, when in Izmit. Easy to tell it's my favorite one, for all the reasons

The location of the house is beautiful and isolated from the surroundings. There was no problem with the underfloor heating. The temperature of the house was good. The garden was pleasant.

Excellent view and location. Easy to get into and had ample parking right outside the building. Location was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Dema was very communicative and friendly and sent good local recommendations.

The place was way better than the picture. The house is very cozy and atmospheric. There is silence and nature around, birds sing. Ismail is a real Superhost, quickly responded to messages and helped with all questions. We were very satisfied with our vacation time in this wonderful house. At the end of our journey, the neighbor's dog stole our sneakers, so be careful not to leave your shoes outside.
