The very good house, exactly as in the pictures. The wonderful host, responds on the spot, always worried about tdo. Location is not good, far from tdo.

We stayed for almost a month at Luiz Vicente's house. There is no better place for those who want to forget the stress of everyday life. The beach is literally in front of the house. I'll be back as soon as I can. Everything clean and organized.

Great home in Matinhos-PR, in Balneário Riviera. Very good house, excellent structure, fulfills what the listing promises and even more! Property very well located, close to the beach in an excellent place for bathing. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet, clean and organized, as is the house. Ease of access to shops and restaurants near the house. The hosts were very helpful and met us promptly in all our needs. I highly recommend!

Good location, is close to conveniences, market, snack bars and also the beach. Hosts were very attentive and the house catered to the photos.

I highly recommend Cris's apartment. I spent 5 days with my mother and felt totally safe, comfortable, like at home. Next to the beach, next to a supermarket and fuel station, beautiful, new and complete apartment. Comfortable bed, quiet, and with a couple of wonderful neighbors. Valerius and Gabriel were wonderful motives. The apartment was spotless, exactly as in the pictures. All brand new and super clean. The beach is clean and peaceful. Very good apartment, this is the second time I have been staying, the always impeccable cleaning, very attentive host, the place is exactly like the Aninciado, with a good view of the sea and a great location, close to everything.

For the second year we stayed in Amarildo's apartment, and we were extremely satisfied, my family and I, their space is getting better and better, new furniture, air in the two rooms which gave us even more quality in the stay, the environment is always very clean and airy, for sure next year we will be there again, remembering that Maristela who welcomed us is very sweet and kind. We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment matches what is advertised, everything is very clean and well maintained. It is worth the care with those who come by bus: the keys are picked up at another location, but everyone is flexible and there is the possibility of asking them to take them to you. The location is great, easy access to the beach and the city center. The host was very responsive, responds quickly and always asks to resolve any unforeseen issues! The apartment provides some linens, but it's worth bringing your own, otherwise the apartment is complete, it has everything you need. We loved it and plan to return soon.

It met all expectations. Attention, cleaning, practicality, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, attractions of the city, fit with everything you need, of the best quality.

The apartment is great and well equipped. The very good condominium for children, with indoor and outdoor playground. Clari very attentive. We love it.

The Condominium is spectacular, just as you can see in the publication. I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed. Even Carlos gave us an electric pava that did not exist in the apartment, I send us a new one!!! Very happy with the attention and predisposition he always had.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

Everything impeccable from checkin to checkout. The clean apartment, had absolutely everything the agent needed, very pleasant space. The place provides an incredible experience of the sea, as well as a swimming pool and children's area which made my trip easier with my daughter. The owner is extremely polite, at all times available in case of doubt.
