Everything extremely perfect, we love the time we stayed there, we feel at home, the ap has everything we needed, very comfortable, the condominium is complete, pool, courts, game room, grills, pet space, food trucks , security, check-in and check-out super easy and the neighborhood is very cool! You just have to thank for the attention given to us by Dayane and Alan and for the amazing stay.

I went to spend the new year with my family (4 people) and the apartment was ideal. Good location, just one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Spacious, with two bedrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue grill. In addition, it provided us with fresh linen and towels and the place was organized and without odors. Reinalda also removed all our doubts and provided us with the necessary information for the stay. I highly recommend it for sure!!

The person who received it was always available for any questions, informed us peculiarities about the city, AP next to a grocery store, pharmacy and shops! It has a washing machine, sandwich machine, utensils, no tank. Tv is not smart, next time I will take a device to make it! AP is on the 1st floor! We love it and the next times we go to town we will try to stay in the AP!

The condominium has everything tbm, swimming pool, courts, kids space and kiosk with barbecues, as well as food trucks within the condominium itself. The sea in front of the condominium is very quiet and clean, having easy access.

We were last year in the apartment of Ieda...and we returned this year We Like d +++ And a nice place...with a wonderful view...and the apt meets us perfectly !!! It was a great weekend!!! Grata Ieda!!

My husband and I spent a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was steeply clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen appliances are new, everything very well decorated and the finish of the construction is very well done. Dulce and Sol, were very delicate, received us very well, were available throughout the stay and even if they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and queues. If you want to walk, hear the noise of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't feel like cooking, you'll find food options next to this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fishmills nearby. The municipal administration of Guaratuba has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but nothing that hinders vacations or rest.

The apartment is great and well equipped. The very good condominium for children, with indoor and outdoor playground. Clari very attentive. We love it.

We stayed 10 days and the truth is that everything was excellent, no complaints. Rosicler is very friendly and helpful. The beautiful, clean, neat apartment with all the comforts you can specify. The location is excellent. The beach is super close and is a very quiet beach. In front of the condominium there is a fairly large supermarket, food patios, there are also pharmacies around, close to downtown and the central beach. 10/10!! More than recommended and we hope to come back very soon.
