One of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve had. The cottage was part of a farm at one point so it’s a few hundred metres from Crail but within easy walking distance. We appreciated the peace and quiet and the views. The cottage is immaculately presented and in some ways goes above and beyond. You have everything you could possibly need when you first arrive. The heating is very powerful so colder nights would not be an issue. Ann and Ed are charming folks and on site so if there’s an issue (there won’t be) it would be easy to resolve. Crail is the ideal location in the East Neuk. It’s tucked away on a corner so is a bit quieter than some other towns and villages. The area has become a bit of a foodie paradise recently. You can spend a lot of money on a very good meal. The highly rated Shoregate is a short walk from the cottage. St Andrews is only 20 minutes away. We walked a section on the coastal path. It’s easy to find and follow. Location and cottage were perfect for us.

A lovely cozy hideaway flat, homely & well maintained and dog friendly. Ideally located in a quiet character full village street, close to unique colourful working old historic harbour, windmill, st.Monans church closest to the sea! castle's, beach walks to nearby villages and farmers market etc.

Relaxing and quiet, nice to have a wood burner. Short stroll to the harbour. Shops very close. Natalie very relaxed about check in and out. Good WiFi.
