The house is gorgeous and has so much history! beautiful updates to the house although it's bit different than the pictures. it's definitely walking distance to shops and few fun restaurants but it's still worth it to drive to a parking garage for downtown access. For a girls trip with 4 besties, it was great. room to move, morning coffee sitting space, and lovely kitchen for snacks.

Karen is the kind, communicative, and helpful host of this lovely Airbnb. To list why this will be our first choice for return visits: A beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Totally quiet inside as well. Impeccably clean and comfortably and tastefully furnished. Great lighting and windows. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Nice, full-sized appliances and the convenience of a washer/dryer. A quick drive to Walmart and Publix. Bikes! Easy, pleasant walk to the beach. It was a wonderful place to stay for four nights, and it would be perfect for longer stays as well. Thank you, Karen!

Great spot! Waking distance to all the fun Savannah offers. Loved the book of suggestions, we just needed more time to do it all. The trolley was a great way to see the city and hear some of the history. All the food we had was delicious. The house was a great home base and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

My wife, 1 year old son and I stayed at Ron's place for a week and had a wonderful time. The unit was amazing with everything you could need for a stay. The location was also perfect with the park and downtown Savannah easily within a close stroll. Ron was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would easily stay again and would not hesitate to book!

This was a terrific experience all around. Anne’s apartment is not only beautiful, but the location within Savannah’s historic district is close enough to walk to everything while still being able to enjoy a neighborhood feel. The kingsize bed was super comfortable and the apartment spotless. We appreciated use of the courtyard with fountain at the end of each day. The guidebook, magazines and other reference materials helped us make the most of our visit & Anne’s recommendations for dining were spot on as well. Thanks so much!

Matt's place was wonderful for my husband, my son, and me. We spent several days in Savannah for Spring Break. We enjoyed coffee on the private patio in the morning and drinks in the evening. We walked everywhere and never had to move our car. Very well stocked, updated, and clean ~ we felt safe on our excursions day and night. Highly recommend and we hope to return.

I stayed here for two nights with my little pup. I visit Savannah once or twice a year and this is in one of the best locations if you want to be in the middle of all the fun. City Market is right around the corner. Broughton St shopping is fun too. River St is very close and walkable. Forsyth Park is a bit of a further walk but the walkable there is so gorgeous that you won’t even notice the distance. The Airbnb was spotless. It accurately matched photos and description. Getting in was easy (or it should be, I read the instructions wrong so any confusion was on my own end, not theirs). The bed is comfy. There is a sound machine that you can use, I suggest actually plugging it in near the door to muffle out any hallway traffic. Great for single person traveling such as myself or couples. Would stay again for sure if it’s available next time I come. Thank you!

We loved everything about the place. The apartment was spotless (and I'm really fussy about cleanliness) and the location couldn't be better for a visit to Savannah. It was wonderful having a designated parking spot too.

This is a lovely rental in a really great location! It’s one block from Forsyth Park - on a quiet street - plenty of free street parking - no bar traffic, thus very little noise. The unit was super clean with a lot of historical charm! We live in a century home so are used to all the little quirks that come along with that - squeaky floors, doors that don’t shut perfectly, etc. The natural light that comes in through the floor to ceiling windows is awesome and our teen girls loved the fireplaces in their rooms even though they no longer work. Just a really great rental on the quiet side of the park close to everything great about Savannah!

The house was exactly as described and was vwry clean. the neighborhood is fantastic: quiet and beautiful. There is a park within walking distance that ia great for little kids and the house has a multi-use game table in the back, also great for little kids. Each room has a good size closet and lots of sleeping space. There's a LOT of common space, so easy to get around and space for littles to run/play. This location was great, and we got exactly what we expected. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice owner and quiet neighbor hood felt safe there everything was good there

Quite possibly the nicest AirBNB my family has stayed at. On a lovely block in the heart of Savannah, could walk anywhere (but parking was easy too). The rental was super well appointed, had everything we needed with some nice little touches. Absolutely charming. We loved having coffee out on the back porch before start our day exploring Savannah. At night we could cozy up and watch a show on TV comfortably before calling it a night. Loved our stay.

If you're looking for a quiet place close to all the eateries and beach, this is the home for you! We were 2 blocks from beach access, a couple of blocks from popular area restaurants and the grocery store. The lighthouse COULD be in walking distance, but it's definitely faster to drive. An added perk was a special goodie basket that Emily didn't have to leave, but was very much appreciated! The back yard was peaceful with lights strung through so it wasn't overly bright while sitting outside. It was a relaxing home away from home, and we hope to be back very soon!

From start to finish the service that the host Katie provided was exceptional. Great communication responded very quickly. All the information I needed was provided in a timely fashion. Upon arrival. The only thing I will say is if you’re driving too fast, you might miss the house because it’s literally the first one after the corner, but that had nothing to do with the host. The place was immaculate. Well laid out as described very clean and Very organized. Everything was where it was supposed to be the instructions were very clear and if I have questions she quick to answer. The pictures did not do justice because it was just a beautiful cozy sweet home. The area was quiet & everywhere I needed to get to was less than 12 minutes away. I have no complaints. I will definitely consider this place/host again if it’s available when I return to Savannah. Thank you ever so much, if I had more time I would’ve stayed longer.

This was our second time staying at one of Ian’s properties and it won’t be our last. We originally booked for another location months ago. Ian reached out to let us know they needed to do some repairs and he offered us a selection of two available places he had close by. The location is close to downtown Savannah, the airport and shopping in Pooler. The house is exactly as pictured and well equipped. It is situated on a quiet street and tucked away from main roads. The yard is fully fenced and made it easy for our pup to go out. If you are visiting Savannah or simply driving through, check this listing out. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a great stay! The place was spotless and very well-maintained — super clean and comfortable. It was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze with clear instructions provided ahead of time. Communication with the host was excellent — they were responsive, friendly, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay again!

This place was awesome! HHI was a great place and this condo is a very easy walk to the beach and ride to everything you would want to do. It was perfect for a quick getaway!

We had a party of 6 and the place was clean and spacious. I loved that they provided laundry detergents and bleach along with plenty extra blankets. This place was clean and had easy access to the beach. The only downside is having to throw out all the garbage at the end of the villas. It was very inconvenient. Parking was easy and we all felt safe the whole stay. Host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again!

This Airbnb was such a wonderful place for a weekend trip to Hilton Head! Quiet and peaceful!

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

For the price we paid this place was great, we were able to use everything in the resort, and it was right on the beach. Condo was clean, the water pressure was great, the air-conditioning was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Steve's place was great! Clean, well stocked kitchen, very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The view was to die for and you can hear the ocean while relaxing on the big porch! Thank you Steve!

The condo was exactly what we need for our Hilton Head stay. Being in the same building as the indoor pool was perfect for our daughter. Proximity to the beach was great and the whole area was walkable and bike able. We would definitely return!
