Apartment vacation rentals in Isla de Culebra

What an incredible place to stay! We absolutely loved our week at Le Sirenuse on Culebra Island. If a lovely home, with the best ocean view in the world, and a private snorkeling beach is your kind of vacation... this is your spot!! I brought my sister and 2 kids and we were a cozy foursome in the 1 bathroom + open lay-out, but completely comfortable. Only stay here with people you actually like. Jennifer & Paulo were wonderful hosts and responsive to every question even on Christmas. We sent them one tiny maintenance, but otherwise had no problems or issues. Pack - light weight beach stuff you can carry up and down the steep trail (e.g. camping towels, light insulated cooler bag, small speaker, snorkeling gear, water shoes for rocky shoreline (is sandy right at beach but otherwise rocky to explore) Do- rent an AWD vehicle in advance NOT a golf cart or 2WD car & watch out for deer. -use the outdoor spigot and shower but note the security camera if you decide to go nudey Enjoy!!!!

Great spot with an incredible view. The community is very peaceful. The apartment was clean & had all of the amenities that we needed. The pool & the grounds were well kept. Hector was very responsive & super helpful. We would stay at one of their units at Cost Bonita again.

We had a great stay here- the room was very comfortable and clean and there was good light and windows. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, and portable stove. The hosts gave us great advice about where to go and what to eat- thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved access to the beach, to the pool, and the beautifully designed apartment. Janos was a very warm, generous, and welcoming host. He picked us up on day 1 from the town center as were yet to acquire our rental, also drove us to the rental, and was also able to provide us beach chairs and an umbrella upon request. We strongly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at Elia's place. It was such a joy to wake up and look out over the bay from the balcony every morning. You could tell that a lot of thought was put into providing amenaties; everything that you could need was provided. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and chilly. Overall, a very pleasant spot to stay on a wonderful little island. 10/10

Joeanna welcomed us as if we were family. She was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out late. She greeted us when we arrived with a warm welcome and shared a map of the island with tips on what to do and how to get around. The place is adorable and well stocked with toiletries, towels, etc. She had tranquil music playing on the TV when we arrived. Making the place feel “spa like”. Her place is walkable from the ferry dock (25 min), but it is a little challenging with luggage. There is a car rental place close to Joeanna. We did opt to pay for a taxi back. I am not sure if arranging for car rental ahead of time would have saved us money, but be found the car rental and taxi services on the island quite expensive ( groceries too!). This is not a reflection on Joeanna and Hector, but I am mentioning it because I wish I had known what to expect ahead of time. Joeanna is extremely responsive to texts and she made sure any and all of our questions were answered.

Beautiful is a place, the depto is how, very clean, just that it is not very easy to get there. Now I find if the place is a little expensive, for how far everything is (at least thinking about Chile's salaries), but other than that, everything ok.

The place was in a perfect location great walking distance to restraunts and some beaches. The balcony was amazing you had an awesome view of the ocean, cats, and chickens. We're definitely coming back.

Delightful casita private, peaceful tastefully appointed with a view of the sea that dreams are made of. We were serenaded to sleep with sound of the waves and enjoyed a view of so many many stars. Then you add a kind gracious and generous hostess and who could ask for anything more. It’s out of town but it is a small island and with a golf cart you are minutes away from anywhere on the island. You are walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches with temperate water and a playful surf and snorkeling. We loved being there and hope to return.

We stayed between Christmas and New Years, and while it was peak season, the island still had plenty of intimate beaches. Glorimar was very accommodating with our dates changing despite a busy calendar. Her parents Janette and Hector where beyond welcoming making us feel home, giving us local tips, offering ride to the airport upon departure even though they had family visiting. No question when planing on returning to Culebra, we will check with them before considering staying anywhere else. The apartment was as expected, similar to the listing pictures. A master bedroom and a smaller room, a living room and open kitchen, and a patio with a great view overlooking the bay. Being up a steep hill and a little away from the town, do consider renting a golf cart or car, which will be useful to explore the island as the distances are beyond walk-able.

Elsie and team went above and beyond to help us out with even getting to island. They did not have to but even helped us buy ferry tickets to the island when they weren’t available online. They went to the ferry counter to buy only locally available tickets for us. They also helped us out checking in early as soon as the place was cleaned. We are very happy with the team going above and beyond to help us guests. One thing to mention is that if you are a sensitive sleeper, this apartment is by a busy street and might not quiet down until after midnight.

Don and Gerri went out of their way to help us feel at home in La Solanita. We wouldn’t be able to find a car on such a short notice without their help and local connections. We arrived on very last ferry but still were met and greeted in person. Gerri even stuck up fridge for us for the next morning (grocery shops close early on Vieques). Villa is private and exactly as described in the app, but it is hosts that make it stand out from all other rentals - very nice people that will make you feel welcomed and at home.

We loved Michelle’s place! We have stayed in several places on the island it this is now our favorite. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the view from the large balcony is absolutely breathtaking!

Beautiful/unbeatable location. Warm, welcoming, responsive hosts. Plenty of room. Big, comfortable beds. Top-notch air conditioning. Safe and secluded property. Rustic setup with artsy touches. Close drive to everything. Great for small groups/families.

Waldo was a wonderful host. We stayed for an extended period, and he was always available and responsive. Waldo provided some local recommendations that were absolutely wonderful. He is truly knowledgable and deeply rooted in the Vieques community. The property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed waking up each morning and looking out onto a yard full of splendid trees and hearing the sounds of birds.
