Monthly Rentals in Inverin

We’ve been traveling Europe for 6 months, and this was our all-time favorite stay! We got to spend Christmas at the cottage, and Pat and Mary made us feel right at home. We were greeted with scones and fires and Christmas decorations, and both Pat and Mary went out of their way to look after us and provide wonderful, local recommendations. We enjoyed visiting them at their bookshop-cafe and getting to know them throughout our stay. The cottage is incredibly cozy - comfortable beds and couches with two, large fireplaces - and the location itself was ideal. The kitchen is very well-supplied, and the showers were always warm. We could get into Galway city easily, or head deeper into Connemara to explore the Irish landscapes. Oughterard is a lovely town, and it had great restaurants and grocery shops and (of course) the bookshop-cafe! Highly recommend!

Lovely self contained unit, with a well equipped kitchen. suitable for a couple, even though it has an additional sleeping area (a sofa bed) it would be a bit crammed for longer stays for more than two people. Brid was extremely responsive and flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is located in a quiet area, a car is recommended to explore the locality, beautiful surroundings and lots of lovely walks if you are into hiking. Thank you for your hospitality Brid and we hope to visit again.

A very nice place to stay and walk! You can see cows and sheep, all from the house.
