Lovely place to stay. Very straightforward and easy to access. JT was a very responsive, relaxed host. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant space to be super close to the downtown area but far enough away to reap the benefits of a low-key, quiet space to stay.

Eric and this place was great! He provided clear instructions. It was very clean and there were even pictures on how to put the daybed down.

We were in town for 2 nights and had a safe, comfortable stay. The unit is convenient, located on the first floor and right next to parking. It was super clean. Kitchen, floors, bathroom had zero dust. Bathroom was clear of any hair, especially in the shower and floor. Plenty of towels, blankets, linens, toiletries and kitchen sundries. Nice fridge and full size washer and dryer. Well laid out unit for a short or extended stay. You can hear occupants above you but the ceilings have height to them and it wasn't bothersome to us. If you're sensitive to light, bring a sleeping mask. Light shows through the bedroom window blinds*s from the exterior lights which are on the building itself. I can sleep through a tornado, it took longer for the hubs to fall asleep. Amy's communication throughout our stay was prompt. Located a short drive to the Broad Ripple area with restaurants and coffee shops and 20 minutes from downtown. When in the area again, we would not hesitate to book again.

The pool house was a perfect fit for my extended stay. I will definitely try to stay there again. Chris was very responsive when anything came up. I appreciated the beautiful and peaceful surroundings as well as the proximity to many great restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!
