Family-friendly vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

Great stay for 6 adults (Older couple, with 2 of our 30-something children and their SOs). Only slight negative was the floors & carpets are dirty (I understand how hard it is to keep a beach house clean, but the hard surfaces need a mopping and the carpets need cleaning). Not so bad that I wouldn't stay here again, but bad enough that we rinsed and dried our feet before bed. Convenient to the beach and 2 of the Frenchy's restaurants. Great park going in across the street that looks to be done soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Ryan was a great host. The house is beautiful and the beach access is so close. The close beach access was great with having children with us. We highly recommend this home with its quiet neighborhood and private beach. Again I can’t say enough, we had a great time and Ryan was an awesome host.

We loved our stay. The house was well equipped/stocked with items. This is a great place to stay if you have children. The host were very friendly and informative. I would stay here again with my family.

Came with friends for a wedding and we all had a great time here, it’s a beautiful space and the views were gorgeous. We spent so much time on the roof relaxing in the hot tub and soaking up sunshine. Host was very responsive and helpful; when we checked in we found a small problem and the host immediately got back to us, came out to check up and fix it, and was super helpful and kind. Especially with the hurricane damage around the beach it was really great to have a home base that was clean and comfortable. Thank you again for everything!

Our stay was so wonderful that we have already booked again for next year. The owner was very communicative and gave us some great recommendations in the area. Our teenage girls loved the hot tub and the great pool area for getting some winter sun. We loved that everything was within walking distance and didn’t drive our car once between the time we arrived and the time we left, but yet it was about a block off the beaten path so it was so quiet and peaceful. Kitchen had everything we could need and more. The whole family was blown away by the beautiful, peaceful and calming decor throughout the house and lots of space for us to all spread out in the house. Last and possibly most important while on vacation, the beds were so comfortable. If the area didn’t have so many great places to visit, we could have all stayed in bed all day. Beautiful rental in Clearwater beach. George was very responsive before and during our stay. His home was exactly like pictured… actually it was better in person! Very clean, spacious, and in a great walkable location. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the week (for both the house and beach). The complimentary bottle of champagne was a nice touch and we popped it for a birthday celebration. Thank you so much George for being a great host, you truly go above and beyond! If we return to Clearwater we would 100% book this rental again.

We had a wonderful stay at Stormie’s place. She was fantastic at communicating, always responding quickly and providing clear updates. Although the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs during our stay, Stormie was proactive in offering alternative options and made sure we were still comfortable. The views over the bay were absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her efforts to alleviate the situation and ensure we had a great time. Overall, a great experience.

We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

Linda was amazing hostess. the home was as or better than expected. Linda gave my family privacy and was very responsive.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Tom is a great host and we would recommend his property to anyone. The installation of the dishwasher since our last visit was a great addition. We will be trying to book another stay next year.

Lovely cottage and a great location. Short walking distance to the restaurants and bars, but on a quiet street and secluded patio. Barbara was welcoming and the instructions were clear. The cottage itself was clean, functional and overall a lively place. We can’t wait to be back to this place!

This is a great little place. Private and quiet would totally stay there again.

Jeff is awesome! The place is super cute and the neighborhood is trendy and quaint. St Pete is changing but is still a cool, beautiful place to spend a few days.

This was a perfect beach getaway and the bungalow was even closer to the beach (just steps) than I’d thought it would be. The space is so low key and homey. Would absolutely recommend for a family or couple getaway.

Will definitely recommend this spot to others! Very convenient spot in Northeast St. Pete.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

My family and I loved the heated pool and the proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. Micheal was proactive and communicated clearly about the check in and check out process. The kitchen was great for thanksgiving cooking and well stocked.

We had a the most magical family holiday reunion at Indian Rocks Beach! Between the golf cart, kayaks and fantastic kitchen this place had it all! There was even a Christmas boat parade that came right by the house. There was a small issue with the internet and the manager came over immediately to help out. 5 stars!!

Afraid to tell folks to stay here because then it won’t be available for our next trip! Such a charming place, cozy and beautiful. Hosts are sweet and helpful. Perfect location with plenty of walkable fun. 10/10 will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Nothing to complaint about. Jess was very responsive. I got everything as mentioned except the wooden swing in the backyard which is probably damaged during the recent events. Also I just want to mention that the heated pool need many hours to reach the temperature. It took me almost 24 hrs to reach the temp from 69 ° F to 95° F. Again, Its not a complaint but just to plan accordingly. I highly recommend this place if you have vacation plans near clearwater.

A perfect place to stay with family of all ages. The kids always had something to do ages 3-17!
