Cottage vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

We were able to book this place the day of and it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, being so close to the beach as well as minutes away from restaurants and the downtown area. Great spot for a quiet oasis vacation, highly recommend!!

This is the best place we’ve stayed so far! Wonderful location, seconds to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants! The home was so charming and comfortable, with every beach item you needed, if you’ve got kids this is the place to stay at!! Would give it 10 stars if I could!! The hot tub was delightful, kitchen packed with supplies, great washer and dryer, comfortable beds, awesome grille and again the location is the best you’ll get!!

This cottage is definitely at the top of the places we have stayed in the Tampa area. The house is beautifully decorated and our host even had the firepit ready to go for us. Everything was impeccably clean and the location was fabulous. There were so many places in walking distance and the hot tub was so nice to have after a full day at Busch Gardens. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. Laura’s place was beautiful with all of the amenities we were looking for! The outdoor space was exactly what our group needed and we enjoyed our stay! The only wish we had was that it was walkable to more stores and restaurants.

Amy was kind, approachable and flexible. We had a home away from home, an important part for our child, and it was very clean.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! We had a great stay at the Pelican’s Roost. I would say it exceeded our expectations! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Also a nice fenced-in yard for our dog.

This airbnb was one of the cleanest airbnbs I've stayed in. Chris was wonderful. He definitely went above and beyond to make his home welcoming. He was an amazing host and I highly recommend this place to anyone going to st. Pete. Incredibly happy with my stay.

What a cozy, comfortable and quaint little house right by the beach! The house was well appointed with all the initial essentials & was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable (we actually slept like we were at home, a rarity!). Communication was flawless and the host was accommodating at check-in which we really appreciated. Located steps from the beach, it was the perfect amount of house for our family of four. Lots of space for our things and easy to use laundry facilities were helpful. Beautifully landscaped back yard and deck, with clean outdoor furniture and bbq, as well as beach accoutrements (chairs, wagon, inflatables) the host definitely takes pride in their rental. Would recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for a great little vacation.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

An easy and great stay about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater Beach! This was a perfect longer stay (1.5 weeks) for my wife, two medium sized dogs and I. The double rooms and desks were great for working from home, fenced backyard great for our dogs, and the front porch excellent for meals! We would definitely be back!

I'm excited to have found a wonderful, cozy and quiet place to stay when I visit Clearwater. Our host was welcoming, easy to reach, always helpful and provided everything we needed. I can't wait to go back!

My little family enjoyed our stay at the Highland Hideaway. Erin was very responsive and got back to me with any questions I had immediately. The house is adorable, clean, and so nice. I went with two girlfriends for a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. Across the street from a quiet beach and lots of things to use like bikes, stand up paddle boards, and beach chairs. The place itself is super cute and comfortable, although I think three people would be the most I’d try to fit in there. Andi was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. There’s a cool bar that is literally right outside of the place, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Maybe it’s for the best though, because it’s open until 2am!

Great location right across from the public beach. Stars at night! It is quieter at this very end of the island. Katie's place is small but just right for two people. The bed is comfy, kitchen well stocked with utensils. The pots and pans were cleaner and in better shape than any place we have ever stayed!. Note: Stairs are very steep up into the apartment and there are two steps down into the living room. (our old knees held out!)

This house was amazing. It was just 2 of us, and the lay out and the location of the house was perfect. You get access to a private patio, and a deck that overlooks the ocean. You are less than 50 steps to the beach- cannot complain about our stay here! Loved it and 100% would be back again in the future.

The place was very cute. It looked exactly as photographed. Place was closed to all the places we wanted to go. Host was great with communication and we were able to check in early too. Thank you having us and would definitely recommend this place to others!

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!

We had family to visit in New port Richie so it was an ideal area for us to stay . Nice touches to the little cottage . It had everything we needed . Comfortable bed, washer, dryer , shower, stove top, microwave and best of all ? Our dog was welcomed . People seemed friendly in the are . There was soft music playing for us upon our arrival . Host was next door but gave us plenty of space . Outdoor lighting was helping when we arrived at night

The cottage was great. One block from all the resturants and the Pinellas Trail. The cottage itself was really well done . It's very private. The furnishings are nice with a great kitchen and bath. It feels what Air BnBs used to feel like. Comforting.
