Monthly Rentals in Indian River Lagoon

Linda was a great host. We had a private space, but she and her husband were friendly and helpful when we reached out. They lent us a screwdriver to help with fixing a car key, and even offered to lend their bikes to us for the whole time! The apartment was quiet and comfortable, with all needed amenities.

Nice apartment, clean and pleasant and was in a convenient location close to the Historic Melbourne area where they have lots of restaurants and shops. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

We had a great time and loved Betsy's place! It was very homey feeling and enough space for me and my boyfriend. It was the perfect comfort to come back to after being out all day. Betsy was very friendly and welcoming! She also left a list of great food recommendations around the area. We would definitely come back ! Thank you !!

If you are looking for peace, privacy and beauty this is it. It really gives you it all wrapped into one .... but you get the bonus of staying with wonderful and caring hosts that care about you and go above and beyond making sure that you have everything you need to have a successful vacation. I stayed alone and I felt safe at all times. The small town is the cutest. Mark and Kathy offer so many amenities with their rental .... you name it they have thought of it. They offer use of a beautiful washer and dryer and even provide the laundry detergent. The beach is a short walk away and it is stunning ... you can see sun rise and the sunset on the pier everyday you are on vacation! The bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing. The front porch is peaceful and private. I could go on and on .... It's a 10 out of 10.
