Monthly Rentals in Indian River Lagoon

Pedro & Laura's place was perfect for a family gateway. The place is well equipped with a charming yard and is in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to downtown and beach. They made sure we were comfortable and welcomed us with wine and butter cookies. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and loved Betsy's place! It was very homey feeling and enough space for me and my boyfriend. It was the perfect comfort to come back to after being out all day. Betsy was very friendly and welcoming! She also left a list of great food recommendations around the area. We would definitely come back ! Thank you !!

The condo was just as pictured, very clean and the location was great close to everything. Nikki was very fast at responding to any questions I had. We did have an issue with the code (not Nikki's fault just needed new batteries. Her husband James who is co host was there in a jiffy to put new batteries in. It was well worth the cost. I would recommend her place to anyone. I know if I get another chance to visit my family there I will for sure rent the condo again. Thanks Nikki and James for being such great hosts. Maureen Arms
