Vacation rentals with beach access in Incline Village

This view can not be beat! The photos really don’t do it justice. Very spacious and peaceful. Had a great week away with beautiful surrounding. Perfect for a couple with their dog. Great parking and close to Palisades Tahoe. Would definitely book again.

We had a great weekend at Vasily’s rental. It was perfect for our family and dog and we will definitely consider staying again.

Very cute and cozy 2 bedroom space! Fireplace and hot tub were perfect during our kids’ winter break! About 30 minutes from south lake but that’s not necessary because Tahoe city is so close and has great restaurants! Lake across the street, great walking trail right on the water, right next door to good food and best of all very kind and generous hosts!

Very convenient location, cozy room, and communicative host. The space was exactly as advertised. I would recommend bringing your own cooking basics(there are plates/pots/ect but no salt for example) and toiletries (eg shower was stocked with shampoo and hand soap but not body wash) but the Safeway is very close if you forget anything.

Such a lovely place, I highly recommend! The space was clean and cozy, and just a short distance to good restaurants and other amenities. The host was also very quick to respond and had great recommendations.

Incredible 180 degree views of Lake Tahoe in a rustic 1938 built house. Absolutely charming with the necessary upgrades. We enjoyed that the TV was in a room other than the main living space. It will be an experience we will always cherish with kids and grandkids!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is as beautiful as it looks in pictures, with a beautiful view of the lake. It was extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. Linda was a very communicative host and provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay. Would highly recommend!

My family had so much fun visiting Ellen’s cabin - the house was great! Location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. Ellen was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property is great for a party of 8-10. There are 2 full kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, and large common areas. As listed in the description, and confirmed by the host, 4WD/AWD vehicles are an absolute must. The road in and out of the property is very steep. It is fine if you take your time on the way down, and maintain momentum on the way up. This is the only feedback I can share that’s not 100% positive. Would stay here again!

Perfect getaway for a 4 day week-end. Easy to access and plenty of space for the 5 of us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

My family and I had an excellent stay at this place. We found it really clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful. The location is private but yet closeby to the lake area, casinos and ski-resort.

It is rare to find a one-story accessible home with a fenced backyard for dogs. This home looks upon a beautiful meadow area, it was very quiet and peaceful and a big bonus, walking distance to a lesser known beach that also has an area for dogs. The dogs loved their walks in the meadow, hanging out at the dog beach and running around the backyard which is much larger than represented in the photos. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and has a dog door in the slider. Restaurants and other attractions are within an easy few minutes drive. We look forward to returning next summer! We had an amazing stay at Kathy's place with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids) for ski week, and we can't wait to come back! The location is perfect with only a 15 min drive to Palisades, and restaurants/groceries/shops close by in town. The condo is quite large with lots of space for our kids to play when we got snowed in one day. Kathy is very thoughtful and proactive, she reached out immediately for support when the power went out and gave us constant updates so we knew when it would be coming back on, and where we could find everything we needed until it did (flashlights, lanterns, etc.). We have stayed at a ton of different Airbnbs in Tahoe and this is currently our favorite!

This was a perfect spot for our skiing getaway! It was very convenient having a kitchen and two bathrooms, and we loved proximity to Incline village town as well as nearby ski resorts. The wine and homemade lemon loaf were very appreciated too! Thank you Tom for a great stay.

Liliana’s place was exactly as described. Warm and inviting, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Close to the slopes and the gondola. It’s down a flight of stairs which were a little icy as there had been a storm earlier that day. We brought salt, so wasn’t an issue. Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks Liliana!

Sarah was a great host. She was very communicative and even helped adjust our reservation when there was a snowstorm and we couldn’t come up the day we planned. The house was wonderful and great for kids and the whole family. We’d love to come back.

Homely place close to Northstar! The shuttle was very convenient to get us to and from the village! Bed was comfy

This was our third time staying at Carol Ann's and that should speak for itself. Great location with close proximity to ski resorts, the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Carol Ann is friendly and responsive, and we will sure look to stay with her on our future trips to Tahoe.

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.

Janet’s condo in Incline Village was perfect for our winter weekend getaway! The private garage for the car is an extremely valuable amenity for Tahoe, and our drive to Mt Rose ski resort was 20min or less! Thank you!
