This was a great place to stay with our family. The host was very proactive reaching out on check in day. Host is very inviting making sure everything was taken care of. You’re also welcome to go down and enjoy a morning coffee with Will if you’d like. We will look to book there again in the future.

We were in town to visit friends and family but wanted our own space. Madison’s apartment was perfect for us. It’s very close to Carondelet Park and in a nice neighborhood with really interesting architecture. It’s an also short drive to the South Grand restaurants. Madison was commutative and sent clear instructions for check in and check out. We had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

I really appreciated staying at Floyd's place. It was cute and comfortable. The only surprise was the layout - the second bedroom was only accessible via the first bedroom. It was very hard to find a place with a bedroom that had 2 single beds and this definitely fit the bill. But Floyd was very accommodating and responsive when we needed the heat turned up he did it right away. I would definitely stay here again.
