It was an amazing first Airbnb experience! This place exceeded all my expectations. Tom’s Place had everything we needed, making it feel just like home. The amenities were complete, the space was cozy and well-maintained, and the location was super convenient. From the comfy beds to the well-equipped kitchen, everything was thoughtfully provided. Place is clean and host is very responsive. The room design is very asthetic. Drinking water is free and may mga seasonings na din sa kitchen. And its really spacious.

We attended a convention at the ICON and Adele's place was perfect because it's only 3 minutes away from the venue. It's also close to the festive walk mall and parade where various restaurants and establishments are located. Easy to get around also especially when you use Grab. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived inside the place, I loved how clean and spotless the place was when we arrived. Felt like everything was new. The place fit the 4 of us, which is a plus. Adele was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with. Amenities was also great. Totally recommend the place. Will definitely book the place again when we go back.

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host is very nice considering that my mom broke the induction cooker. Also, the place is near SM City, Molo Mansion and Festive Mall. You can either ride an e-jeep or tricycle or just walk if you are fund of walking. The care taker is also accommodating and only 1 call away if you have concerns. Overall, it’s a great place in ilo ilo with a nice view and very affordable price.

MJ thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house for a week. We really had a good time. The location is perfect that you can even walk the GT mall and Robinsons Pavia. The property was clean, well- maintained and MJ was incredibly responsive to our needs.

Megan's Place is a great find for our trip. We had a convenient and worry-free stay for the weekend. Megan's Place is very accessible to SM Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo (less than 15min walk). While we were mostly away for the entire day, coming home to Megan's Place allowed us to comfortably relax. Our host, Regelyn, is very responsive and helpful to all of our inquiries and requests. We were allowed to checkin earlier and checkout at a later time. Overall, Megan's Place is highly recommended, especially for those seeking for the "homey feels" of being away from home.

Worth the price

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, private and it has a swimming pool. Spectacular View facing the new high-rise Megaworld, you can see the whole strip of Megaworld. Condo is elegant and tasteful like photos show. Pool is excellent.

It was very important for me to have good wifi because I do a lot of video conferencing. Hi speed internet! And it was so good that i could put all my many devices on the same internet without any slow down. I had to make a shift also in my reservation and the host was very kind in coordinating with me. Has good security check in so i felt safe. Close to a 7/11 and coffee bean coffee shop. We packed light so we were able to do some loads of laundry after buying some single serve detergent at the 7/11 nearby. Will stay again so we can try the other amenities!

Great location with Festive Walk right outside your window. Well worth the price!
