Josee has been a fabulous host. She has a system in place to make sure that everything is ready for your arrival. Her home is beautiful. We were very pleased to be in the walkout lower level. The suite is very well outfitted with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the pots/pans/appliances/dishes etc that we would have in our own home. A highlight for us was the beautiful indoor pool! It is the icing on the cake. The backyard is large and backs onto a river. We have enjoyed both of the decks in the back to sit in the sunshine and enjoy a drink or just to relax. BONUS: The sunsets are spectacular. If we ever needed anything at all, Josee was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. We are here for a work contract so this was a perfect place for my husband and I to start our work in the local area. If you are English speaking, this area is bilingual. Thanks Josee!!

Stayed here for 5 weeks while taking a course. Excellent location for us. Francis was super helpful and accommodating. The accommodations were as shown in the pictures and everything we needed for a lengthy stay was available. Excellent experience!

Aboud’s place is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Gold star accommodation. Clean, safe and well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare dinners. Parking available on the street, first come first served but always found a spot within a block of apartment. Perfect location, just a few feet from bus 33 to Metro for access to anywhere in Montreal if you choose not to drive. Within walking distance from all necessities, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, transportation etc. definitely would stay again. Great personality and genuinely hospitable host.
