I had a wonderful stay at Clement’s place. It felt very cosy and it was super quiet, so wonderful for reading. Everything was accessible by foot, restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. and very central so great location. I had a lovely stay and highly recommended. Thank you 🙏

The studio is very quiet and clean, with elegant design in soft and peaceful tones. Located at the edge of the water, it faces south and offers a breathtaking view. Especially when the weather is nice, it's a real pleasure to have breakfast in the sun. Claire, the host, is very welcoming, friendly and responsive. The studio perfectly matches the description and photos. Would highly recommend!

Very good stay offered by Titia who served me immensely! I stayed 1 month and everything was spotless, even during a problem she was responsive and responded very quickly , the accommodation is perfect , maintenance equipment, even shampoos, soap, dishwashing liquid, sponge and all the appliances (coffee maker , kettle etc...) The accommodation is close to the tram and almost right in front of the bus stop that leads to the center of Nantes. Titia is very nice as well as the very kind and respectful neighborhood. Thank you very much for the welcome, I'll be back!!
