Daniel's apt emerged in a moment of urgency. Our previous apartment ran out of power and we need to quickly go elsewhere. They answered us quickly, sent us various directions on the location and site recommendations. The apartment is amazing ! And we want to come back more often

Very good stay. Daniel was very helpful and flexible with the check-in time, gave me directions and information about absolutely everything. The site is safe, facing the beach and close to very good restaurants, as well as being literally 5m drive from Belmiro village, which was very feasible for those who are Santista and is passing through the city to watch games and participate in events. Air-conditioning began dripping after a while on and the floor of the apartment was not fully clean, but other than that, it was fine. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and large bathroom.

We had an incredible weekend stay at this beachfront Airbnb with our family of 12! The apartment was spotless and spacious, perfect for our large group. The small kids loved the ball pit while everyone else enjoyed the pool table, the arcade, but the outdoor area was amazing and the highlight, everyone gathered there at the end of the afternoon after a fun day at the beach. The location couldn’t be better, with plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby. The 24-hour reception was a huge plus, always available and the staff very helpful. While we didn’t need to contact the host often, when we did, she was quick to respond. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway! Will try to be back again for sure.

My experience with his Sidnei was very good,he let me and my family in the day before and leave at the best time for me,as we got before we cleaned the place, the people who were there before us were not very hygienic, but it didn't get in the way because we cleaned up,I found the excellent location, calm place and close to the beach,just a hint bring a vebtilator,because the fans that have there do not carry the value, it ends up being very difficult to sleep , it is the only negative of the place, in the rest only good things!!!

Local clean, easy check in, apartment matches the description, to reach Paulista it is necessary to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and settled well. Silent air-conditioning.

The stay at Christina's apartment was great. 3 bedroom, 2 large apartment has air conditioning and also has in the living room, excellent for the scorching heat of summer on the coast. Nearby has several restaurants and the best is the beach service of the condominium, they bring a sun umbrella and chair on the beach for you, very polite. We love it!

The apartment is described faithfully and is in a very pleasant and privileged region with access to metro, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants, all close by. The condominium is legal and the possibility of parking the car is a very interesting factor, since parking in the region can be quite expensive.

The accommodation was exactly what we saw in the photos, all well organized, we love the practicality of being in front of the beach and being able to use the swimming pool of the building that was really what made us close and it was worth it, great size and depth of the pool and also excellent use times. Antônio was always very quick to respond and give information before and after we closed. The apartment is very clean and organized has plenty of mattresses and pillows. Very nice shower too. Anyway, it was worth the investment. we'll be back for sure
