It had so much charm and character, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The tub was a highlight—it was so nice to unwind and soak after a day of exploring. The price was affordable, especially for such a welcoming and comfortable space. Thank you for providing such a wonderful spot—we’ll definitely be back!”

We enjoyed our stay at this rustic cozy cabin. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was an additional bonus to enjoy the peaceful surroundings outside. The cabin was warm inside and we loved our visit. There is a restaurant, Roy’s Last Shot, within walking distance that had great food and service. We would not hesitate to stay here again for future visits.

This is a great place and perhaps the best appointed rental we have experienced. Located in excellent location. Communication was perfect. Mountains + snow + cabin = awesome

Picturesque location in Idaho springs, you can’t go wrong with this place! We saw snow bunnies, hung out in the hot tub and stayid in and watched movies! We didn’t wanna leave it felt just like home! Natalie was helpful and responsive !

We loved our stay at Jacob's place. The home is beautiful, well built, and beautifully furnished and stocked with all the amenities. It was such a cozy place for our family to relax during our New Year's vacation; we loved sitting in the sunroom and taking in all the views, and had fun watching movies on the big screen TV and cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen. There were some beautiful walking trails right at the top of the hill just a moment's drive from the house. Jacob was extremely responsive to our questions and worked hard to ensure we got the clarification we needed, which really made us feel welcomed. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Easy access to town and perfect to warm up after a long day of skiing. Has a gas stove, which I love cooking on and my kids thought the loft was fun. It helps they allowed our dog too.

Bright my parents to the cabin for a mountain getaway. Cute, quaint little place! Not far from town and the local clubhouse is nice! Bruce was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for food and activities!

I would absolutely stay here again!! I always get weary of Air BnBs due to a couple bad experiences once showing up, but this place was even BETTER than expected and pictured. Spotless, comfy cozy, peaceful. The perfect distance from Breck and we felt so safe in this neighborhood. The complex amenities were nice and clean as well. There were notes placed all over the house to literally answer any possible question you could have. I was incredibly impressed and this place made our vacation so enjoyable. I miss it already!!

An amazing cabin in the perfect location to visit Granby and Winter Park. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make this cabin ideal for a family or a group of friends. We will definitely stay here again!

These cabins are about as close to Rocky Mountain park as can be, yet are still close to restaurants, coffee shops and Estes Park. The staff are friendly, and we definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hiking. Highly recommended for a cosy cabin stay!

Our stay overall was excellent. Eric is quick to respond and very helpful. The cabin is warm and cozy - very comfortable and we had everything we needed. As other reviews mention, the cabin itself is challenging to get to - there is a short but very steep driveway and many steps down to the cabin from the driveway making it difficult to get luggage in. Not appropriate for the physically challenged and 4WD a must.

We had such a wonderful staycation at this cabin! It was super cozy and had everything we may have needed for our stay! The hot tub was an awesome addition, kids loved being in it with the snowfall! Communication with Kyndra was super smooth and prompt! Overall great experience. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ will be back!

Such a cute cabin! Really great location, we were able to easily walk to the restaurants and shops! The cabin is small, so more like 2 adults and 2 kids but had everything you could need, chargers, speaker, make up wipes, etc. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, totally worth it!

This was a great place to stay to get away from the city life and really enjoy nature . This was the real snowy cabin experience that we wanted and we definitely got a lot of snow . The views coming up and down the mountain are unbeatable , we will definitely be making a trip back to colorado.

Noelle was an awesome host. Her home is an adorable cabin like atmosphere with a newer kitchen completely stocked with anything you could ever need. It is walking distance to the lake and has a beautiful deck and gas grille. Beds are very comfortable as well as pillows. Neighborhood is safe, however some homes are beautiful and others are a bit run down. This home was perfect for our needs. She also welcomes dogs and our golden retriever absolutely loved being able to go down to the lake so easily. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Noelle

I've stayed at the Cozy Cabin many times and plan to come back again. Communication with Patti and Mike is a breeze, and the cabin is exactly as listed. I love that you can walk across the street and there are multiple restaurants and a coffee shop. It's also just a short drive to RMNP.

This was the perfect cabin for a little getaway to the mountains! My partner and I stayed 2 nights and it was great! The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing to use at night, especially with how quiet and peaceful it is up there! We didn’t get the pleasure of meeting Yvonne, but she was super friendly, helpful and responsive via this app and text. We would absolutely stay here again! The only minor things I would change is a better coffee machine and microwave, and being able to use the wood burning stove but hey, those are so minor it didn’t truly affect our stay!

We had such a great time celebrating my daughters birthday at Matt and Heidi's place! We wanted a mountain getaway and this place definitely delivered! The location next to Grand Lake was perfect. The cabin was very relaxing and an awesome place to sit back, relax, and recharge. Heidi was very helpful answering any questions we may have had and also gave great recommendations of walks and hikes in the area. Thanks so much for the awesome stay!
