Sarah was a great host! Everything was as described. Very clean, stylish, all amenities worked great and very clear instructions about everything upon arrival. We had a lovely, cosy NYE. I’d highly recommended this air bnb to anyone wanting a nice quiet break away. We will be back :)

A great stay over Christmas as we visited family in Acle. A card and even a mini Xmas tree from our hosts. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. A great short walk to the local church next door on Xmas Day too 👌

Eilish's place is a home away from home. A lovely place to relax and explore the surrounding broads. I stayed for a few days over Christmas, and going to the beach to see the seal pups Christmas day was amazing! All the amenities the place has was also great to create my Christmas dinner! Would definitely recommend, and will come back to do some more exploring :)

The weekend of our trip was scheduled to have the worst weather and we nearly didn't travel, but were so glad we did. The cottage is in a lovely spot just a short walk away from the beaches where the seals go to birth their pups in the Winter. It was cold, wet and windy on the Saturday, but we weren't deterred and watching the seals was so peaceful, I could have stayed all day! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, it was super cosy and the welcome pack was lovely to find on arrival. The garden is completely secure and perfect when travelling with a dog and the kitchen is large enough to house a large dog crate without it getting in the way at all. It's a good location for getting around with lots of walking options. Sea Palling is a lovely beach and great for dog walking. Loved the crab sandwiches and homemade fondant fancies at the Dunes Cafe. Had a great (but huge) Sunday lunch over at the Recruiting Sergeant, which is about 30 minutes drive. Would stay again in the future!
