The studio is a small cozy escape in the Yorkshire Dales. Excellent location - you can practically see the waterfall from the window and you are just on the edge of West Burton with a great pub and small village shop. Perfect for a walking holiday. The owners sent lots of helpful messages so we felt right at home. You have everything you need in a small space - beautifully furnished, clean and felt suprisingly spacious once you get down those narrow entry steps!

We really enjoyed our New Year break in Penny's cosy and comfortable apartment. It's lovely and peaceful, with beautiful views across Wensleydale. We really appreciated the outdoor clothing and boots storage space at the bottom of the stairs. Fantastic location with great walking routes of varying distances from the doorstep. Penny is a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for everything, Penny. We hope to return soon!

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. Lovely flat in beautiful surroundings. Great walks from the doorstep and to local pubs. Drew was a great host - very friendly and welcoming from start to finish.
