Very clean place and great location. Would stay again!

Great location for a long weekend. The kids enjoyed the shallow lake which was warm even the first weekend of May. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of more of the community amenities but they look great, as well. Was wonderful to wake up and look at the lake every morning. Communication with Joy was great!

Christmas Magic in Fayetteville Ashley's home was a dream for our Christmas stay. The festive decor, cozy fireplace, and spacious kitchen created the perfect holiday atmosphere. The living room ambiance and lake beyond are truly idyllic. Our active-duty son and his comrades loved it! The fenced yard was ideal for our dogs, and Ashley's thoughtful touches (dog beds, treats) made them feel at home. The water pressure and super hot water were amazing especially after spending the crisp evenings out by the lakeside firepit. Ashley was a fantastic host, responsive and accommodating throughout our booking process and trip. Jessica’s house was an amazing stay! Worth every penny, the property being right off of a main road, did not give that vibe once inside and in the backyard!! With a large entertaining patio with both a hot tub and pool, fire pit and grill….you feel right at home. I highly recommend her stay!

good location easy to work with

Elsie was a great host. Went out of her way to provide any amenity I requested. She checked on me daily and was always available. I would recommend anyone to stay at her residence. They won’t be disappointed.

Four generations of our family recently visited NC for a military ceremony. We wanted a house that would provide ample space for our family (ages 8 months to 70 yrs!) & feel like home, so we could spend as much time together as possible. This home was perfect. The bedrooms on the 1st floor are close enough for babies to nap & us to be able to hear them, but separated enough that we could be in the kitchen, dining & livingrooms & not have to worry about waking them. The common areas can all be open so it feels like one big space. Yet they are separated just enough that people can play games in the dining room & watch a movie in the living room at the same time. Kitchen is gorgeous. Sooo much space, & traffic pattern does not interfere with the work spaces, which I love. Location is convenient to Fayetteville & surrounding towns. Lots of stores & restaurants nearby. We want to come back in the spring or summer when we can use the lake & pickleball courts!

Ms. Kerry and Mr. Eric place was wondeful and cozy! Everything was perfect for my family and we felt at home. Clean, quiet and very close to stores and restaurants. Both hosts was quick to respond and always helpful. We will definitely book this "home away from home" cottage again when we visit our family. This place did not disappoint.
