I never tried vietnam, so this was a new destination for me, did not start well airline lost my suitcase, !!! the reception staff were all ways helpful and could not do enough to help, allways smiling and great sports room cleaning is spotless, location is very good, right on a quite street both sides, handy coffee shop with lovely staff, 5min walk to sea front, if you want to feel and be in vietnamese life this is the place locals are very friendly, I'm ashamed to say, I know no vietnamese, even the locals know hello in English, and great fun trying to have a conversation, plenty of vietnamese food places also some typical western style restaurants,

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful, with incredible views, spotless cleanliness, and daily cleaning with water refills. Communication was smooth and hassle-free, including the extension of our stay. The only downside was the frequent rooftop parties, which were quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. While the rooftop isn't directly related to the room, I wouldn't recommend it—it was dirty, and both the food and drinks were overpriced and disappointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel and neighborhood. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was quite comfortable, although not very large and everything worked as it should. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful compared to busier parts of the city. We used Grab when we wanted to go downtown for something and most rides were 70-90k VND.
