Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Holly Springs

Robins house is amazing. It was great for our toddler and my mother-in-law with limited mobility since it’s a Ranch style house. Loved having a garage to park inside, honestly removed the use the front door all together except for when we checked in and checked out! Practically everything was thought of for our stay and Robin even offered to get toddler accessories to help us with the stay (ie a high chair/pack and play). LOVED the ice machine and the water dispenser! The location was perfect being so close to the mall (South point mall) as well as a Harris teeter and food lion! Robin is a dream of a host and would respond instantly and made the stay easy and relaxing! 1000 out of 10 and can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we have our next visit!

The location is close to nearby shops plus the property is great for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very responsive.

Perfect blend of nature and convenience! This home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, nestled in a peaceful subdivision yet close to plenty of amenities. The host is incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Jason was a wonderful host and the place was just as described. Nice amenities inside and very pet friendly. The fenced in backyard was perfect for me to relax and play with my dog. My only complaint was I wish the weather had been nicer! The home was very clean and the bed one of the most comfortable I've slept in in an airbnb. Overall, I highly recommend this listing and Jason as a host of you are looking for a place in this area.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place for our family to spread out while visiting extended family for the holidays. The view from the living room is spectacular! All the furnishings are in great condition. Overall, a great trip.

Loved staying here! Great location - not quite close enough to walk but a very short drive to UNC campus. Kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the coffee bar. Lots of cozy blankets to curl up on the couch with. Comfortable beds & linens, and well stocked bathrooms. It was a great choice for a long weekend for our family of four. It snowed here during our stay, and I'll give a huge thank you to Chelston for scraping a path along the driveway for us to walk safely up and down. The driveway is a little steep, so we parked on the street during the snow. He kept de-icer on the stairs too, so we were able to get up and down just fine. He was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay, and for looking out for us during the snow time. Would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and in a great location! The neighborhood is quiet. I love the screened in back porch and backyard area. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the small appliances you could ever need. There is plenty of room for everyone. I wish we were there for longer!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. Enjoyed my stay at Hailey's place. Easy check in. Friendly, communicative, and helpful host. Very comfortable bed. Soft towels, exceptionally clean, with a modern decor and little extras to make it very homey. Would definitely stay here again!

If you have people in Chapel Hill then Rains place is perfectly located (5-10 minutes from any part of town). It's pleasant and warm (we visited during a snowy cold snap and the heat was great). A great find!

Our family has a very good stay at Kamile’s property. He is a very good host, he is easy to communicate. The location is very good and convenient. Compared to our later Airbnb place at Apex, this one is nearly perfect for living especially for my children. They like to play with all the toys and read books which are provided in the second bedroom. All in all, we like to stay in Kamile’s condo next time.

My second time booking one of William’s listings and was a great experience again.

The place was exactly as described. The building offered amenities that were important for us such as parking and a decent gym. The communication with the host was super effective. They responded fast to our questions. I would only advise you to be flexible upon arrival since (something out of the host's hands) the concierge is not always at their desk and it may involve some waiting time. The host was accommodating though. I would recommend it. :-)

Stephen was thoughtful, friendly, and welcoming. He's clearly a person who has spent his life creating special experiences and spaces for other people. There's nothing generic or bland about this place. The only thing I didn't love was the welcome messages were overlong. While I appreciate the little anecdotes & snippets of information, I don't prefer to have to comb through so many words to find out how to get into the house.

This was the perfect spot to welcome in 2025. Our two families have been celebrating New Years together for 25 years! The Tuscan Villa could not have been better - from the fire pit, lovely grounds to walk about, plenty of room to spread out, everything needed in the kitchen - and the most amazing table to eat at... Thank you for sharing with us!

We flew in for the weekend and Zoey was super flexible letting us check in an hour early. Place was just as described, and great to have a private bathroom in a shared house. We only used the bedroom and private bath as we were out and about throughout the day, so can’t speak to shared areas. Super quiet neighborhood and house. Only downside is to that you can hear everything and everyone hears you so I found myself whispering a lot. Other than that it was absolutely perfect!

Incredible Mansion with PHENOMENAL amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, putting green, ping pong, billiards, and air hockey table. Serene location with a perfect screened huge patio with 100% backyard privacy in a neighborhood with only multi million dollar homes. Not sure you could ever rent this much square footage for anywhere near the price. Wilson is the best host with everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you Wilson. You made our daughter’s college graduation week!

Gayathri’s home was excellent for our stay in Durham. It had everything we needed and was comfortable as well as very clean! The extra amenities were a delightful surprise. Barely needed to contact her, but when we did she responded quickly and helpfully. Couldn’t ask for a more congenial and polite host.

Tees’ home was in such a great location, central to our destination. The home was stocked with all of the essentials, beds were comfortable and you can definitely tell that care and thought was put into this home so guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be booking again.
