Excellent host and an extremely responsive management team if you have any queries. Place was clean, tidy and very quiet. Nice size for an annex and excellent safe parking outside on a private driveway (right next to the building you stay in!). The street the property is on is very peaceful and well kept - the area felt very safe and homely. Paul was excellent and did not intrude whatsoever on the stay. The place is also a nice walk to the shopping area of London Road etc but far enough away to be well out of the hustle and bustle! Everything worked in the annex and all amenities were great. Also has a little corner shop just a short walk from your front door. Whole stay was very comfortable. Would recommend and I'll be returning!

The tiny house is exactly what it says on the box small but perfectly filled. All amenities ideal location for my visit. Tiny tweaks, need a knob on bathroom door, pull out for tv could only watch in bed not from sofa. Kitchen was well equipped house was clean.

Beautiful stay at Sharon's Annex while we were visiting family nearby. The place was tastefully adorned with Christmas decor, which was a wonderful surprise and really enhanced our stay. Like many others have stated, we really enjoyed the extra treats and goodies that Sharon provided. We look forward to staying again, when we return to the area.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. I travelled as a lone woman and was looking for a quiet sanctuary to stay in whilst I completed some intensive training. It was absolutely perfect: quiet, secluded but safe, clean, tidy. I loved it.
