Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Hitchcock

This was my 3rd time staying at Jane's place. We go for Rodeo every year and the walk to Reliant is safe and close. I love her interior design and how clean things are always. She's so easy to talk to and very responsive. Thank you Jane for another great time!! Mary Shield

Loved this place! The apartment was super clean and had such cool, stylish decor, way better than your average rental. It felt cozy but modern, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Great vibe overall. The host was friendly and quick to respond, which made everything easy. Would totally stay here again!

We had a great stay at Lydia's place. It was exactly as described, walkable to many things (Whole Foods is right across the street and a great coffee shop), and the included amenities were awesome (we LOVED the gym and the pool was beautiful). It had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! Also huge bonus that dogs are allowed. We have a tiny Shih Tzu and it was very easy to take him on walks - and felt very safe while doing it.

Second time around was a charm. Ash's place is in a prime location. This was our 2nd stay and we're already talking about booking a 3rd before the end of the year. Gated community with a friendly duck pond. Walking distance from Walmart, Kohls, Burlington and eateries. Always easy in & out the parking garage attendant at night also made us feel safe and right at home. Highly recommend! Booked now you won't regret it.

Ted was a very responsive host. Apartment was exactly as described. Super easy check in and check out. Safe, secure gated area. Comfortable furnishings. Very neat and clean. Great amenities.

Great host. Check-in instructions were excellent and made finding the apartment easy. Very responsive to messages and very accommodating for early check in. Location is great; walkable distance to NRG Stadium. Will stay here again!

If you are going to the MD Anderson Proton Center for treatment, this place is very convenient. It is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and live comfortably. Joseph is a great host and very responsive.

Kelsey was great to communicate with, quick responses, condo is very lovely and cozy, nice decor, great view of the ocean and big pool, which is awesome, my grandson loved the heated pool, There are games, uno cards, boogie boards, ring float, the kitchen had everything and anything you needed, coffee pods to cleaning supplies. nice deep sink, wonderful shower, and loved having our own washer and dryer, (located beside the shower). utility room with everything you would need, we were really more than satisfied! the office lady was very friendly, parking was not an issue. moody gardens and the rain forest was amazing, we did get to go the pleasure pier, the condo is close to Walmart, lol... that's always a plus! we found this little Mexican restaurant off the grid a little, called Vida Agave, awesome food! close drive to Kemah. really nothing negative at all, would defiantly recommend choosing this condo!! Hope to get to go again!

My brother came over to visit with his family. Everyone especially the kids enjoyed the ping pong table.

Rod and Patty’s place was the perfect spot to view the sunrise in the morning and close to everything. They were very responsive and were the perfect hosts. Loved all the windows that had views of the ocean and we will definitely be coming back here for our next trip to the island.

We have an absolute blast! It was pretty chilly for the Main Pool but we spent a day at the lazy river and then a gorgeous day at the beach. The place was lovely...some AirBnB have very cheap furniture and bad beds...not the case at Daniel's place. The deck was great to enjoy some bay side views. We were lucky the elevator was working for my mother in law who needs it. Some things to note for other travelers (I would book again in a heartbeat, just a heads up that might help you.) 1. There was only one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so when you do your grocery run...grab those items or bring them. Also there was no shampoo or body wash so bring that too. 2. We rented a golf cart and I highly recommend doing this. We love a good walk but if you plan on going to the beach and the pool it will make it considerably easier to get a golf cart. They will drop it off and pick it up at the condo. it is very easy and works out to about $100 a day.

The condo was great for our family of 4. With 2 younger kids, they thought of everything. The pull out trundle bed was great for our three almost 4 year-old. There were also kid friendly dishware options in the kitchen, toys for the beach and wagon provided as well as a playpen if needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was a very short drive to the beach as well as multiple restaurants and local attractions. Definitely plan on visiting again where we can take more advantage of the beach! Seaside Serenity is a perfect description! Location is in a low populated area away from the chaos of the main strip Seawall Blvd. Loved the view of the Gulf from the balcony and the boardwalk to the beach for walks on the beach. Heidi answered any questions in a timely manner. The bed was the best!! I usually need an extra layer of foam when I travel but not this time. Heidi equipped the condo with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We looked forward to returning each day after exploring Galveston during the day! if we ever return to Galveston, we would definitely return!

Absolutely perfect on all levels. Came to Houston for treatment at MD Anderson with my wife our 2 dogs. Mike was a terrific host. His house is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access from Highways and close to Hospital. The fenced backyard was perfect for the pets. The house is spacious and well stocked. Highly recommended.

The rental was stocked with all of the beach items you could need! The kitchen also had everything we needed. The golf cart made the stay even better! That was the best touch! Just a quick ride (or walk) to the beach.

Our stay was fantastic! The area was peaceful and beautiful, making for a relaxing getaway. The host was amazing—very responsive and attentive to anything we needed. Overall, a truly pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Our stay during Mardi Gras was even better than I hoped! The spacious home is true to period and tastefully decorated. The rooms are bigger than appeared in the photos, and flow easily throughout the house. 7 of us with 2 bathrooms worked out just fine. Bathrooms and bedrooms are large with full size dressers and closets, game room is spacious even with multiple beds. The living room, dining room and kitchen have plenty of room and seating. Little extras made us feel as we were guests in someone's home - a coffee bar with matching mugs, k-cups, cream, sugar, etc; lovely plastic wine glasses (for outdoor), extra coffee makers, a large array of pots/pans/utensils. It was 40* in February, so we didn't use the pool or upstairs patio but they look lovely. Great location. Communication was great from start to finish - had an issue with the heat when we first arrived and it was taken care of right away! Highly responsive and accommodating hosts, we definitely plan to stay again!

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return.
