Apartment vacation rentals in Historic District, St. Augustine

This was a new experience for us as we have never stayed in a beachside airbnb. Staying at this place made us feel so comfortable and at home with all the included amenities and easy access to the beach. Would definitely love to come back or check out more properties by Euphoria Vacations! Would also highly recommend visiting this place!

Carley was a perfect host. Checked in with us on arrival and also throughout our stay. The location can't be beat. We travel with our dog and the neighborhood is great for walking her. Also an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We went to Zaba's, Beachcomber and Coneheads this trip. The St. Augustine Historic district is only a 10 minute drive and The Nights of Lights is always worth the drive.

I can’t recommend this property enough. It’s clean, spacious, and has absolutely gorgeous views of the beach. The community pool was clean and relaxing. The neighbors we met were all lovely. The unit is a short walk to the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Great location, exactly as pictured and described. Host was proactive and highly responsive. Restaurants that were doors away were exceptional.

Great location that is walkable to downtown restaurant and shops. Clean and cozy home away from the downtown traffic.

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

Check in was easy, hosts were responsive, and the condo is so nice and very clean!! We had a great time, it truly is close to everything ❤️

We stayed at Cary's place for a week. Such a great little spot. Nice front and back yard. Back is completely fenced. Nice long driveway with privacy bushes and trees. The inside was super clean and well stocked with amenities. The coastal highway (A1A), is right beside the property, but hardly ever hear much traffic. She provides bikes and a gas BBQ! Highly recommend her place and would stay here again if in the area. Felt safe and is in a quiet neighborhood. Cary was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This place was absolutely adorable and so cozy! The host was super responsive and really flexible with our check-in, which was a huge help. I loved the blue and white decor – it was so fresh and clean. The private garden was a perfect spot to relax. Plus, it's an easy walk to the beach and Publix. We'd definitely love to come back!

This was an incredibly clean and comfortable Air BnB.. My husband and I brought my 90 year old mother here to see Willie Nelson for her birthday. Two of us are vegetarians so we brought a lot of groceries…there was great storage place in the kitchen. Bathroom was also so well appointed with nice large drawers for 3 of us. Location so convenient! Sandra was awesome! We will be back!

We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and being so close to the ocean! The beach walk every morning was beautiful! The restaurants were wonderful as well. And Charlotte made a great recommendation for us in Old Town, the Floridian. Our upstairs outdoor deck was great in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the bird song. The sunshine and warmth was really great. And the shaded lanai off the dining room downstairs was perfect for when the afternoon warmed up. Historical Old Town is fun! And there’s a good farmers market/craft show on Wednesdays at St. John’s pier that’s worth a visit too!

What a cute place! I loved being so close to the beach while still being near the historic district. It was about a 15-minute drive, which was perfect for my boyfriend and me. This place was the perfect little peaceful getaway we were looking for, while still being relatively close to everything. I appreciated all the little extras the host left to make the stay feel personal. I highly recommend checking out the green market if you're there on a Saturday—it was the perfect way to start my day. We will be staying again in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend. Great location; quiet and away from the hustle of downtown, yet easy drive to restaurants, beach and shops. Emmily’s place is nice and super clean. The pool and other amenities were nice as well. Emmily was great with communication! We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Honestly, loved the location, far enough that you don’t have all the busyness of Saint Augustine, but also close enough that you could drive back-and-forth multiple times in one day. My dog loved being able to be outside and inside. Very clean and spacious. I loved how quiet and nice it was that you could sleep in, but also wake up at a decent time. I really felt relaxed and welcome from the moment I showed up and left.

Condo was as pictured. Unit was clean & kitchen has lots of glasses, dishes etc. Great view of pool and can see ocean in background. Beach chairs (4) and umbrellas (2) provided, no beach towels. Easy, short walk across boardwalk to beach. Conveniently located with a short drive to many delicious restaurants and shopping and short distance to downtown area. Brian was very quick to respond & proactive with checking in throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

As expected- consistent with the post. Only issue was the beach code provided had expired, so it was an adventure getting back on the property. Other than that, the condo was as described. The entire property is older but the unit was updated. Would recommend for convenience and affordable larger space.

Had a wonderful stay at David's place. The indoor pool was a huge plus, as we happened to be there during a cold snsp. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Villa Tizoc is a hidden gem in St. Augustine. From the landscaping to the decor inside this suite, Edward and Glenna were sure to create an unforgettable ambiance and experience. Everything was absolutely perfect—the bed and pillows were super comfortable, the place was pristine, and you cannot beat the location which is only a bike ride away from all the attractions. Edward and Glenna provide almost everything you need at their home, including bikes and beach chairs. We cannot wait to be back with more time on our hands. Thank you all for sharing your home with us. P.S. We left behind our souvenirs at the Villa, and Edward found them and said he’d mail them to us. Thank you for going out of your way!

Clean and quiet with everything we needed for this trip. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Beautiful surroundings and close to food and grocery. The drive into St. Augustine was easy and quick. Natalia is a great host, very clear instructions, very responsive, and helpful. We look forward to staying again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house had every convenience we could possibly hope for. The proximity to everything was superb, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the area. The host was so accommodating to our schedules and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The real highlight was waking up to the breathtaking view and soothing sound of ocean waves right outside the windows. It was such a gift and made our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home very close to many shops, restaurants, and historic areas of st. Augustine. The Airbnb was very nicely refurbished with beautiful decorations and an amazing back yard area with a hot tub that made our stay extremely relaxing. The host was very responsive as well. Would highly recommend staying here.
