Historic District, St. Augustine vacation rentals

Location, location, location! Spanish Trace 222 is right on Crescent Beach - just a short walk by the pool and over the dunes. You’ll also be close to lots of stores, attractions and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and storage for our family of seven. Well stocked with towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs and kitchen items. Coin laundry on property, not in unit. The pool was a highlight for us. Cool and refreshing with lots of tables and chairs around the pool deck with umbrellas for shade. Easy check in/check out, and great communication with host. All issues were addressed promptly and did not affect our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Our family of 11, including 2 toddlers, had a wonderful little vacation. The house was very safe for the little ones with the large porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The older kids had a great time as well. So did the grownups. We enjoyed visiting St Augustine and different restaurants. Flying kites at the beach. Even swimming in the cold ocean or having a drink on the porch. The double washers and dryers were very useful with this large group. The house is very tastefully decorated and practical. We hope to come back another time.

The house is super nice, cozy, clean, it has everything you need, very good location, comfortable and safe. Wash it again. I recommend it 10000%

The stay was pretty great. We did a lot of walking throughout the town. Comfortability in the cottage was spot on the only negative thing that I have to say is that the floors were pretty dirty. But all in all, I would definitely go back and tell others about it. Thank you, Dante.

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Great spot. The only downside is that the yard is small but everything else was great
