Skylarks Rest is a home from home in a picturesque fishing village with the Quayside Restaurant and The Harbour Bar on the doorstep, who could ask for more. I would definitely recommend Skylarks Rest. Cat is a superb host.

We had an exceptional stay here - beautiful and cozy space. Loved the decor and wood burner. Communication was brilliant and Sarah was welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had a really comfortable stay. Highly recommend

Have stayed in this lovely place before and returned again with my sister as it was perfect for our needs. My daughter also popped along for a couple of nights to do some walking with us too. Lovely Cant fault the accommodation. Well worth it. Loved the blush pink bedspread and the thick towel set. Really nice.

A beautiful setting, and such a friendly and helpful host. It's even better than the lovely photos would suggest, and we had such a warm, cosy, comfortable January night there. Best night's sleep for a good while, and so nice to wake up to the variety of wildlife outside. Everything we needed was there and more. Great area and enjoyed a beautiful, scenic walk the next day - after a delicious soup in Edzell! Many thanks to our host, Bonny
