Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hico

We have a wonderful stay, Brandy and her husband were wonderful. The studio was much bigger than we expected and when we had an internet issue Brandi was quick to get it fixed. Friendly, kind and caring!

This was our first stay in WV and we drove on from out of state. Diana and her place set the bar for host etiquette and living space. We came in a little late so the refreshments already stocked came in clutch. Two bathrooms were tremendous. Coffee pot, toaster, stove, washer, dryer, TV and heaters made the stay feel like were right at home. I had a hard time locking the windows, so Diana asked her brother who lives on the property to help us out. Incredible service! We went skiing and our 6yo said his favorite part of the trip was the house we stayed in! We had to check out early due to a severe winter storm and she helped us out there too! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, safe neighborhood, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Host was very nice and easy to work with; I had to modify my reservation several times and she was accommodating every single time. Nice and clean town home with everything I needed. Will definitely rent at this location again, and recommend to friends and family.

Christine had issues with her cleaning staff so our check in was delayed but she communicated this to us. She was very apologetic, friendly and outgoing. Christine was so nice to allow us to stay past the checkout time. Thanks, Christine, for making us feel like family.

It was a little hard to find the place in the dark. It’s tucked in between some older seemingly empty buildings. The doorway is very well lit and decorated so once I drove around the correct side, it was identifiable. The space itself was a great surprise. Cute and well appointed and decorated still for Christmas Many Extras. And as others have said, I kept finding new things that were just great like the clocks with the different time zones on them and the maps.

Adam was a fantastic host! He made sure all the amenities were well-stocked, and even went above and beyond by purchasing food for us for the weekend. The fridge was filled with beverages, and the Nespresso coffee maker was a nice touch. The loft had smart home features powered by Alexa, which added to the overall cool experience. We also loved the record collection! Adam truly made our stay enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay! Directions were clear, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and it is in a great location close to many hikes to enjoy the outdoors!

Cozy corner was exactly what we needed after a long afternoon of snow tubing. The apartment was clean, quaint, quiet and warm. We didn’t go out due to the snow, but there was a plethora of restaurants and stores nearby. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and we appreciated the board games and the sweet welcoming treats left by the hosts. We were thankful for the hospitality and we look forward to coming back!

Samantha was great host. Very understanding of our early arrival and made sure the property was em ready to go. The location was very peaceful and clean. 1000% recommend this property if in the Beckley or surrounding areas. Bonus points for the dog beds and treats.

Kristoffer was extremely accommodating with everything in the home and with communication! It was beautiful in the winter and we would like to go back in the summer. The entire home was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need just like you're at home, we were able to play some board/card games with a movie. Highly recommend :)

Beautiful home with lots of space for our large family to spread out. Beds and furniture were comfy and a great yard for the littles to play. Big kids loved walking to town for coffee. Overall a great stay in a cute town!

Our stay at Jessica's listing was very relaxing. The home is so welcoming and well stocked. Plenty of clean towels and kitchen was well equipped. Jessica was quick to respond when I had a question and so friendly. The area is beautiful and the town is quaint. Our family hiked on trails at New River and Summersville Lake. I would like to go back again during the summer to experience the area. We did most of our own meal prep but did have a meal at the local pub, Maloney's and it was delicious! Thank you for your kind hospitality Jessica and Summersville! It was fun!

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

The Little Blue House was a warm and cozy place to spend time. It was very quiet area. Close to town. It was great place to stay, especially during the winter snow storm. I really enjoyed the experience!

This place was perfect for our wedding weekend at The Gaines Estate and everything is super walkable. The fire pit was perfect for hanging out with our friends and family in the evenings. Everything was super clean and the house was cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a delightful stay. The coffee bar had a huge variety and the snacks were plentiful. We had a great weekend celebrating a friend’s birthday. The large comfortable sectional sofa was a great place to hang out. Robert was welcoming and attentive and we would definitely stay again!
