Vacation rentals in Hazel Green

Our family of 15 from Florida and Indiana all met up for a week over New Years at the Shultz House. Our goal was to relax, cook together, play games and enjoy our time. We did exactly that! The house was roomy, comfortable and clean. Amanda responded quickly anytime I needed to reach out to her. We loved using the fire pit to make s’mores. (You can purchase bamboo s’mores sticks at the nearest Publix for $2 - for a pack of 12.) Thank you again for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us!

She went far and above expectations. A delightful place. She and her husband make you feel special, important, and AT HOME.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for family holiday stay. Plenty of room and tvs for people to enjoy. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would stay here again.

Home was clean, and close to everything we needed. Would book again for sure.

Great cabin off the grid. Extremely clean and u can tell Robert takes pride in his cabin. He was flexible and fast to respond to any questions. Will definitely stay there again.

Just stayed at Live, Laugh, Lake for a girl's weekend. I cannot say enough about the property. The location and house are both absolutely stunning. The check-in was seamless using the keypad lock code. The house was spotless, well decorated, and well stocked. I truly appreciated the small things like additional rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, etc. Also, the kitchen was completely stocked with tons of cooking utensils, a blender, pots and pans, a crock pot, etc. There was nothing that needed to be brought from home. The beds were comfy and the upstairs bunk room is just fantastic. It was a trip of all grown women and we were enchanted with sleeping up there! We were only there for a couple of days and it was freezing so we didn't explore the boat house and dock, but I can imagine how wonderful this place would be in the summer. Already planning for next year!

Great place! I arrived late (11:30 pm) & had not read the check-in instructions clearly - the numbers light up on the metal surrounding the door knob- so this took me a while. I was in town to run the Rocket City Marathon - the expo/start was 1.2 miles away. Very walkable! There was a grocery store nearby too & “Big Ed’” pizza/calzones was an 8-minute easy walk. Since it was just me, I did not want to venture out alone in the dark much further. The bed was super comfortable- I appreciated being able to add extra blankets. Keurig machine. Nice bathroom /shower w/ washer & dryer- I always wash my wet running clothes if possible & it rained much of the race! I was able to access Amazon Prime (my account) on the TV.

Our whole family loved this; this was exactly what we were looking for. Had everything he said it did, little hard to find because it is secluded......which we loved. Maybe some kind of light at the end of the entrance would help. Our family is hoping to book this in warmer months to enjoy all the activities that he mentions. It was beautiful place, clean, even outside areas. Was provided wood for the firepit by the pond. All linens were provided and actually when we walked into the house, you could smell how clean it was. Jerry, whoever helps you with the upkeep, they do an excellent job. It was the first time my boyfriends' side of the family had ever been together, we are talking about meeting again in the warmer months. Thank you Jerry, five star for us!!
