The cabin is one of our favourite places to stay and as usual it didn’t disappoint. Cosy and comfortable cabin with all the amenities you need and in a perfect location to reach any place you want to visit in the area! Mark is incredibly friendly and their home is very cosy and comfortable. My husband and I stayed along with my parents and I’m pleased to say there were no complaints. My parents were much more happier than I expected. Very affordable and clean.

I have stayed twice, once in the Spring and this time in Winter. It is such a peaceful bolthole and in perfect location to explore the Jurassic coast. Penny and Howard are quick to respond to queries and extremely accommodating to guests requirements for privacy. The annexe is equipped with all the basic essentials, which last the length of the stay, meaning that I can bring my emergency toilet roll and washing up liquid home with me! Too many Airb&b's only supply one toilet roll. Penny's place has bin bags, cling film, oil, salt and pepper, teas, coffees, and even milk, wine and biscuits on arrival. For those who like a lounge on the sofa, this one is not big, but perfectly comfortable to sit on and watch tv or read. The bed is extremely comfortable, and warm, with many blankets and throws for extra comfort. The heating can be on all day, if required, and Penny showed us the simple instructions for use. A thoroughly beautiful place to relax. I'd return without hesitation 😁

This place is idyllic. I had a cookery day at The River Cottage and it was a 10 min drive, so very convenient. The room was delightful. Having access to the gardens was a bonus, and the views over the hills are beautiful. The place is calm and peaceful. Perfect if you need an escape from a busy life Marieanne is extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel very much as ease. It is a great location with easy access to the coast. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
