The listing is exactly as photographed. The truth is that it is comfortable and has everything for cooking and having a good stay. You can easily get to the pier by car, taking about 7 minutes. There are places nearby where you can buy things like milk, oil and other things if you need anything, so in my opinion the location is excellent. We must highlight Victor's willingness, who was 100% available and attentive to any concerns, I would definitely come back!

It was the most beautiful stay in the Dominican Republic. Very quiet and relaxing! We were able to visit great beaches and everything was perfectly suitable for toddlers! Except for the restaurant on the premises, where the waiters don't really speak English, everything was great!

Daniel & Maria they were excellent host. And extremely easy to reach and quick to response no questions there. The apartment had an excellent view of the pool and beach. Had phenomenal views of everything. Pool was HUGE and there are two! Beach is rocky so wear water shoes. I’ll definitely go back!!

The view from the house and the pool is breathtaking. The architectural design is super intelligent, masterfully blending the house into its environment. The placement of the bedrooms ensures excellent privacy. There are no AC because they're not necessary, as ventilation is excellent. The caretaker of the house and her son are both helpful and delightful. Scott the owner provides good communication. The road leading to the house is a little hidden and the walk path to the beach isn't very self-guiding. Our family had a memorable stay and would do so again without hesitation.

I had such a great stay at Jose’s place in the Dominican Republic! The space was super comfortable, and I felt completely safe the whole time. The pool was luxurious and definitely one of my favorite parts—it was so nice to just relax and enjoy. Beautiful and modern home Jose was an amazing host, always keeping in touch and making sure everything was going smoothly. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond, which made the stay even better. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay!

A little piece of heaven in Las Terrenas! This place combines natural beauty, comfort and tranquility in one place. All the spaces are cozy, clean and very tastefully decorated. The setting is simply spectacular: surrounded by nature, with stunning views and an atmosphere of total peace. It's also easily accessible, making it ideal for both a quick getaway and a longer stay. Definitely a perfect place to disconnect and recharge alone or with family. Best of all, the hostess. Attentive, sweet and always ready to respond with great kindness, she makes you feel at home even before you arrive. Their warmth and hospitality make a difference. If you're looking for a place that has it all in one space (a refreshing pool, access to a dream beach, areas for entertainment, absolute peace, total comfort and lots of fun) this place is just perfect. 100% recommended!
