It was one more stay at Ericka's place, all was to expectation with the apartment as was her communication and coordination. Well recommended for anyone looking for a short or long term stay.

This is a beautiful place and the views are stunning. We had a very restful time at the beach and in the pool. Restaurants and stores are within a few minutes drive and the staff were so very friendly.

Very nice place, I would visit again

Adam is a great host and was responsive to any questions. He was more than accommodating. The staff is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone and recommend any of Adam’s properties just because of him.

nice place to stay nice view

Maria's place has an amazing view. The house was beautiful. It was clean. It was a little dated. Some of the appliance items can use a little update but overall a beautiful home. The beds were comfortable. There was hot water in some of the bathrooms. Somebody came to clean the pool every morning during our stay. It was a little bit on the cold side in Dominican Republic so the pool was very cold. But this is the time of year that we went in December. The house is Located in a gated community it felt very safe, but there’s not much around besides their restaurant. The main hotel does offer excursions which we took advantage of to Cava Levantado. Everyone at the main hotel was friendly and informative. We did experience some leakage in the kitchen. We weren’t sure where it was coming from, but we did let Maria know, and she said that she was gonna take care of it. The communication with Maria was very effective. It was a pleasure staying at her house again you can’t beat the view.

The layout felt open and airy, and there were thoughtful touches everywhere, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was also very responsive and helpful, which added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained spot, this is it. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Great place to stay. The area is very safe and you have a lot of restaurants to pick from. The building is impeccable and the staff is always helpful. I love the layout of the Apt. I will stay again for future visits.
