Great place to stay when visiting. - It is well located in the city. - The apartment is very clean. - The host is great at communication. - Everything you need is available at the place, even some games. - There are many many cabinets, wardrobes and places to store your stuff, very practical! - The view is excellent, overlooking the city, you can see the hills and up to the lake Songkhla, beautiful! - The facilities (called Health center at 6th floor) cost 100thb per day, the swimming pool is nice, the gym is big. Few things could be better though: - The bed is too hard to sleep comfortably in my opinion. Not sure why it is like this, but I found the sofa way more comfortable! - There could be a softer option for lighting (more cosy for the evening), all the lights in all the rooms are ultra white strong like hospital. - The gym in the building could be better maintained, from all the 20 cardio machines, only 1 was working correctly! - Crossing by foot road in front is difficult.

This is an accommodation I used to live as an outpost for a month to go to Rippe Island. The accommodation is really spacious and clean. There is also one air conditioner in the living room and one room, and the TV is large, and there are various cooking utensils in the kitchen. However, I can't use gas, so I don't have a stove, but I donated an electric grill. Please use it well. There are some ants in the kitchen, but if you spray the insecticide, it won't come out. The swimming pool inside is open until 9 o'clock. I couldn't use it because I was injured, but if you talk to the host, they will also register the gym. The location of the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the largest Central Mall in Hat Yai, and there is Asen Night Market right behind it, but the Greenway Night Market is a 5-minute walk away. If you take Song Taew right in front of the accommodation, you can get to Lotus 15 baht for 10 baht to Big C. The Asen Shopping Mall in the accommodation is not operated, so please take note. The accommodation is a little old, but it was really my favorite place to stay.
