We had a great time! Our highlights were definitely the sea view, the hot tub and the super safe neighbourhood. It worked out really well with our little kids (5 and 3 years old). We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

Just wow! This place is just something else. Luxurious bedrooms with a balcony where you can see a beautiful view of the ocean, spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen. You can see and hear the birds around you. There was everything we needed and more. Marianna was so helpful, kind and made everything clear. It’s a short walk to the supermarket and the beach. Definitely staying here when I come back to Wilderness!

A cozy place with an astonishing view of the bay. Instructions were very clear and the unit was spotless! Definitely worth the price. Could do with more lightning on the balcony.

Wow! Where to begin to describe this wonderful place: hanging on the side of the converted pool-dam and staring over the endless green pastures, complete with herds of cows; cycling down the hill to Sedgefield’s market or lighting the fire for a braai. Or shall one start at the luxurious and ample space, filled with comfortable and elegant decor, the bathrooms with sliding windows that one can continue staring at the views? Or the riveting River Trail that takes you down to dark, cool rock pools? Perhaps one should start at the fully equipped open kitchen inspiring healthy, laid back salads in beautiful bowls…. And then there are the quiet evenings and nights of blissfull sleep. Impossible to describe everything. Suffice to say we have been engulfed with gratitude of having found this incredible place.

Amazing experience! Fantastically appointed cabin in a peaceful spot overlooking a waterhole. Delighted to watch the buffalo and eland taking a dip and drinking on our first morning. Lustine was an amazing host who patiently and enthusiastically answered my many questions! Highly recommended.

The sunsets, the stars, the grounds & amenities were just BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. We had our own little piece of heaven there. Maryna was very helpful & responsive to every request. I can't recommend Eagles Nest enough- just go see!

Our second visit to Firewings, just as good as last time with a much improved golf course on-site, fabulous views, large rooms and an efficient and unobtrusive housemaid.

The forest chalet was a small slice of heaven set in the lush forests of Wilderness. Secluded with limited signal forcing us to relax and reconnect with nature while disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. From the comfortable bed to the sounds of the surrounding forest to the morning welcome we got by the wildlife, each day was a comfortable and unforgettable experience. Anton was a fantastic host and was always happy to assist whether it came to directions, extra amenities and from what we read in the past guest notebooks (fantastic idea!) always happy to provide any forgotten spices and necessities. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone needing time away from day to day life.

Another wonderful stay at La Brie! The quiet and views are soothing, I felt right at home with the special touches like super soft towels and bedding, even comfy throws for colder nights. Matt also very helpful with doggies when I had to leave them alone and getting forgotten items back to me. Will likely make this a regular breakaway!

What a beautiful stay, tucked away amongst all the local farmers. Our whole party were able to comfortably sleep for the night before visiting Botlierskop early the next morning! Elmare is wonderful and really goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful.

absolutely incredible property with amazing open space, beautiful private nature trails, star filled skies, friendly horses visiting your fence everyday looking for carrots, the homes are beautifully built and have their own large closed fenced area for the 4 legged furries, its suited perfectly for a retreat from the world, its in close proximity to bird hides and bigger nature trails, and the rest of the wilderness areas. definitely will stay again!

The honeymoon suite was beautiful and as described. Close drive to town and restaurants. Beautiful garden. Definitely worth a stay.

This is really a small house with all the things you need for a holiday in the mountains of Hoekwil. Walkable to the village centre. Nestled in the garden with a great sense of privacy and a view of the mountains through trees. We only spent a night on a stop-over, but I imagine it would be a great space for friends or a small family to hang out together.

Beautiful apartment! Would highly recommend when you stay in Mosselbay. We did not want to leave. Great memories made. The host was always available and answered all questions straight away. 5 stars all the way!!

We had a wonderful stay in the appartment. Exceptionally well equipped, from there a beautiful view of the bay and Santos beach. Nice swimming pool. Our host Elizabeth was very caring and attentive.

We had a great time staying in your house for 1 week. We were 8 people/4 couples each with an on suite bedroom. Our host Elly gave us great tips from the area. Perfect location - 5 min to the beach. We will come back

Janine is a very friendly host and her place has a wonderful holiday atmosphere. The accomodation is clean and spacious and the hotel restaurant and bar next door is an added bonus. Thank you for the rusks and the thoughtful chocolates on the beds. We had a wonderful 3 days at Janine’s place.
