This was a great place to stay. It's located near the airport, and downtown. There's grocery stores nearby and plenty of places to eat and drink. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. I highly recommend this place and I WILL be back

I say this is my top 5 airbnb I felt like I was home the bed was so relaxing it was not far from the air port or down town when I say I was amazed I loved how it was simple yet a touch of Nashville I love the access to the washer now I can go home and put up my cloths I would love to say this is a amazing spot I love the patio vibe but must importantly I took a bath in that massive tub every day it’s very spacious it was just 2 of us but I felt like 4 ppl could of stayed there definitely will recommend and stay again only thing us girls like a full length mirror that’s the only thing missing

very clean and well maintained building and unit. the gym was also nice to have and very clean. the unit was exactly as shown in the listing, and our kids really enjoyed the McDonalds theme. everything seemed practically brand new in the building. the hosts were very responsive via text (within 5 minutes). we had a minor electrical issue in the unit related to a thunderstorm, and the hosts had it all sorted out once i notified them within an hour. great spot. the location was convenient for getting downtown, and it was nice to have a grocery store and gas station nearby. would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay everything just like the pictures host very helpful close to everything. Hopefully one day we will be back and we will recommend this place to our friends and family

This place was everything and more we could ask for. It was easy to get to close to downtown, private, and an uncluttered, clean place to stay. We cannot wait to schedule another visit here.

Our family was in Nashville for the funeral of my son-in-law and unit 204 provided a spacious and comfortable place for our family to gather. Everything was exactly as pictured and was so clean. Bathrooms were pristine and stocked with plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. I would most definitely book this property again when we have occasion to be in Nashville. Location was good as downtown Nashville was only 10 minutes away. And -- there was a Kroger right across the street which we visited several time. FANTASTIC PLACE!

I will keep this review short, and it is not an exaggeration. My stay at Lana's place was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The hosts were simply amazing and the house was absolutely incredible. My only criticism is the photos do not do justice to how beautiful the home is. 10 stars!!

Summer is great. Unbeknownst to the owner though, cleaners did NOT clean in a LONG time. Dog urine on a window seat I had to scrub-filth inside and outside made for a terrible surprise for my sis’s bday. Though lake/pool are serene and pretty. Sis is an angel- With proper TLC this would be a great stay! Also- 2nd bathroom is only accessible from outside w/no sealed door - there is no living room, no couch or comfy chair anywhere outdoors or indoors. ThThe pool and canoeing were awesome- our positive attitudes helped us stay. We could not book a different place while waiting for our 50% refund after traveling already. Was offered 100% refund if we left after being there for 2 hours. So, we stayed cleaned a lot/sweated instead of relaxing enough, washed our dirty feet when walked inside w/no shoes. Cleaned dishes with scum and bugs- cleaned candy out of beds. No bed bugs though! Used own pillows and throws. No curtains on many windows- good luck sleeping past sunrise/blinding boat lights

Our stay was perfect! The house was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The location was great, and the amenities -like the hot tub, sauna, and entertainment spaces - made it feel like home. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. From check-in to check-out, communication was easy and welcoming. We truly felt cared for and appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area - we’d love to come back!

We stayed at Cody’s place to have an early Christmas celebration with our daughter. It was the perfect location and space for our family. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. The views of downtown Nashville were fantastic, and Cody’s place was exactly as described.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. The only minor downside was the WiFi – it wasn’t the greatest, but it still worked. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and

The Outrider Buyout was a fantastic stay! It is located in a great spot in East Nash. There are many amazing restaurants and bars surrounding the Outrider. My group and I were able to go try a different restaurant everyday and none of them disappointed. Not only is this place in an ideal location for bar hopping to some iconic East Nashville bars, it's a 10 min uber to Broadway Street if you and your party would want a change of scenery AdvantStay were great hosts! Our rooms and home were squeaky clean upon our arrival, and getting into contact with their support was extremely easy and they were very prompt in answering all of my questions. They put my travel worries to ease. I would happily recommend a stay at the Outrider to anyone wanting to experience Nashville!
