This place is amazing! So cozy and so comfortable! The lake was beautiful and we made plenty of use of the fire pit and kayaks. Stephen was so kind and responsive and made asking questions easy. I would recommend this place to everyone!

This property was so charming and a perfect fit for our group of 4. There is 1 bathroom in the main house and 1 in the garden house which worked out perfectly for us. The guidebook that the hosts provided was a huge help!

We recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb for three days and had a fantastic experience. The space was warm and comfortable, with the gas furnace keeping us cozy throughout our stay. We really appreciated the ample space and the convenience of the in home laundry. The kitchen was nicely appointed, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the blueberry jam provided was a delightful touch. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery that added to our overall enjoyment. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Terras home was great, and was exactly as described and pictured. The only very minor problem we had ended up being the evening fog triggering a smoke alarm, but her and her husband were more than willing to run right over to check it out before we realized. Her welcome basket gave us plenty of ideas of what to do and where to go. She even has a pack and play, high chair, stroller and hiking baby carrier if you forget yours or need to save space. Really just a great home on magical island wonderland for anyone who enjoys the ocean and the out doors.

It would be an understatement to say that I LOVED Greg's place! The house was so unique and architecturally fun - I felt like a little kid arriving and exploring, as did my 6 yr old! It was a perfect spot for a winter getaway and I can imagine it would be equally beautiful in any season. The house was so comfortable and light filled, with great woods/water views and beach access. We loved hanging on the huge couch reading, playing games and watching movies! Just a few notes - while the kitchen was very pleasant to cook in and totally fine for basic meal prep, it's not the best stocked with tools for serious cooking. Bedrooms were also very comfortable, each with their own bathroom too, and great for our family of three, but I probably wouldn't come back with friends or extended family as there's not much sound privacy between the house and bedrooms, as the upstairs bedroom has a direct opening into the living spaces. All in all we loved it though and can't wait to return!

Thank you for your hospitality! Great space for a group of us to share the night before a marathon. Plenty of rooms, a spacious kitchen for making food, and multiple bathrooms for getting ready!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb in Bar Harbor, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, combining cozy charm with modern amenities. The attention to detail was evident—everything from the wonderful bedding, towels to the well-appointed kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. Clean, comfortable large spaces. Perfect location for our needs, away from the craziness of Bar Harbor (yet just a few miles away when we needed to drive in for meals) and very close to Acadia National Park where we spent most of our time. Kevin and Donna’s place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it together others!

The Nest was beautiful, well appointed, and the attention to design details went above and beyond. Pam has such talent in creating exquisite, comfortable and elegant spaces. Everything was perfect. Her muffins and peanut butter cookies are the best!

David was super helpful and accommodating leading up to the trip when our group had a health scare. The location of the house is peaceful and an easy drive to the sights. The interior design is a little dated, but we had everything we needed. The two twin bed are in a loft the is up a pretty high ladder and is totally open. Since there are windows without shades and the kitchen is open concept anyone staying up there should bring ear plugs and eye mask if you’re a light sleeper.

This is a very special building with a very special owner. Our group likes to socialize, so having him right next door made for a wonderful experience. Lovely cute apartment with lots of history and an owner who takes pride in the heritage and his amenities. Spotlessly clean and well appointed.

I really enjoyed the hospitality room. It was great to arrive and use the room for hot drinks and snacks that were free. It was good to sit down there after our long trip and relax before heading up to our room. I also enjoyed meeting the manager and cleaner. It gave it a personal touch. The location was very convenient because there was an open restaurant next door.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was homey, cozy and updated. I appreciated the local recommendations as well as allowing us to check in an hour early. It was nice to be away from the more populated area but be close enough to enjoy it.
