Kauai is a beautiful place and staying in Diana's home made the trip even more enjoyable. Her home is beautiful, well maintained, and just lovely. It was a perfect set up for our family. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which after a long day at the beach when everyone needed to clean up and wind down was perfect!

Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

Our stay was like heaven on earth! It was a perfect location and home away from home for my family of 4! We enjoyed the ocean/beach out front and saw sea turtles swimming in the waves! We loved the close location to the wonderful town of Hanalei and Hanalei beach and pier area! Loved the little coffee shop nearby and swimming areas near the river/ocean meeting places! 2.5 bathrooms were really nice, especially traveling with teenagers! The beds were so comfortable for all of us. The beach towels and chairs were a very nice amenity! We enjoyed the hot tub once, and sat on the front deck to listen to the waves and enjoy coffee. Would highly recommend Ingrid’s place to anyone looking to experience Kauai’s magical north shore!! Aloha!

Loved our stay! Amazing location. We walked to the beach, bakery, restaurants, and could easily drive elsewhere on the island. The house itself was fully stocked and comfortable. I have stayed before in airbnbs where you wished for plastic wrap, sandwich bags, etc. Not here! Liz had everything we needed ready. We loved the beach chairs and towels, and rinsing off at the outdoor shower when we got back. Liz was fantastic to work with. Our small issue of a bathroom light going out, she had resolved within a morning. Absolutely recommend!

The house was incredible! An absolutely incredible space that truly was reflective of the beautiful surroundings in Hawaii. The spacious and open living room and kitchen exuded island vibes and invited us to find the aloha spirit instantly. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful yet close enough to all things that kawaii had to offer. We loved the the house and also the spacious yard! Giselle was a wonderful host, so kind and communicate and made us feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more, especially everything we needed for beach time. The interior design was top notch and had so much charm and island style. My family cannot recommend this place enough for a truly amazing experience and perfect place to recharge and enjoy everything kawaii has to offer. Book this place and you won’t regret it. Again, our host Giselle was there to help us with anything we needed. A true gem!

We love coming back to the Princeville area and this was a great choice for us. Perfect location, near the trail to the beach. A well maintained unit that worked for two couples. Brooke offered some suggestions and was very responsive. The place was clean, small but with the deck and adjacent pool, and two baths and bedrooms the unit had everything we needed.

Perfect place to be if you want to explore the North shore. Robert had everything you’d need for a nice beach day with the family, on top of that a Fully stocked kitchen so you don’t have to eat out every night with the entire family! Place was definitely big enough for 2-3 people although only I stayed. Big ups to this air bnb

We had a great stay at Adam and Beata's. It was so quiet and private there. I really appreciated that they had everything we needed that the house and to go to the beach. Beach chairs an umbrella, cooler and boogie boards were so nice to have! I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Host Lani and family were very helpful and accommodating during our visit. Their customer service was unmatched! The place had everything we needed and allowed us to really explore Kauai’s North Shore. Would recommend 10/10.

Had a wonderful week. The condo was perfect for our needs. Great location to explore all areas of the island. Lovely view from the lanai. Lots of extra amenities which made our week extremely easy and comfortable.

Everything you could possibly want for a stay right on the beach in Kauai. The balcony looked right out on the ocean and the sunrises were spectacular. We felt very comfortable using the kitchen to prepare simple meals....with great restaurants steps away. Highly recommend.

This place is an absolute gem! Located directly on the beach, we could watch the sun rise every morning from the balcony and left the patio door open at night so we could hear the ocean waves as we went to sleep. The facility was absolutely beautiful and so close to shopping and restaurants (literally across from the parking lot) Our host sent us so many recommendations for places to eat and what to see that I didn’t have to do any research before the trip! Everything you see pictured for the room is exactly how we found it. The extras they provided (beach towels, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards,etc) were such a treat to use and not have to rent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! Well done 👍

Perfect location , easy walk to beach and shopping center with decent choices of restaurants. Home was very comfortable and homey. Kitchen was user friendly, plenty of dishes, clean and decent amount of cooking utensils. Pam was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions of what to do Would definitely book again Jane

This place was exactly what we needed—perfectly close to the beach for our kids. It’s just 10 steps from both the beach and the pool, making it an unbeatable location. If proximity to the beach is your priority, this is the spot. That said, a few upgrades could make it even better, such as adding air conditioning, improving the beds, and including snorkeling gear. Additionally, a bit more shampoo and silverware would be appreciated for a group of four. These are minor details, though, as the location truly steals the show.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Great view and outstanding location. Everything was provided and the condo was beautifully decorated and very cozy. We loved it!!! Absolutely would stay there again.

Beautiful condo with everything you need: full kitchen, full beach gear, towels, soaps, beach bags, etc. Couldn't ask for anything more. We didn't use the pool, although other did. Looked clean. Lots of other vacationers but everyone friendly. Perfect location and we would definitely return. Thanks so much!

Great place to enjoy Christmas and celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the lanai with ocean views and that you could walk 15-20 min to many restaurants and Poipu beach.

The condo was quite clean, nicely equipped and situated in a lovely neighborhood with mountain and ocean views. The bed was quite comfortable, too. Tanya was an excellent host, giving us valuable recommendations and responding graciously to our questions. We hope to return and spend more time on Kauai's stunning North Shore.

Loved staying at this first floor unit - walking right outside to the pool, hot tub and beach was fabulous! The location has an easy walking path to some really swim-friendly spots. condo is just as pictured, it was well stocked with beach towels, snorkel gear, and the kitchen had plenty of dishwear - both glass for at home, and plastic for at pool. Tons of really great food options in walking distance - we had carry out breakfast and dinner almost every day and the dining table and chairs were a comfy set up. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower, with a nice big bathroom that included bathrobes!

We had the best time here!!! The condo is beautiful and peaceful. Everything was super clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, lots of closet space, great bathrooms, and nice open floor plan. Only my bf and I stayed there but we kept saying we would feel so comfortable staying there with another couple. Lots of corners to find privacy and space. They also provided lots of beach gear which was so nice.. we took advantage of the beach chairs, towels and flippers. Easy parking and just a great location with so much to do nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had fantastic time at this stay. Loved the next door beach, and kids loved the pool and waterslides. Heather was very responsive and flexible for our request. I'd highly recommend this place.
