Everything went great, great apartment and in a very quiet, but still quite central location. Downtown can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the Ems nearby invites you to walk. Amenities: everything you need is there. The only small drawback is that only a few ÖRR channels work on the TV, the private ones are not activated - but if you stream via the internet anyway or prefer to walk, that's no problem at all;-)

a very nice and spacious house in a quiet area. Tastefully decorated and everything we needed was present. The communication with Berthold was fine. This is definitely a home to come back to.

My wife and I stayed at Daniela's place for 2 weeks. It's a nice house and it was fire clean. It got very hot inside an air conditioner would be nice. We had a very nice contact with Daniela. We recommend the house to everyone.
