Home in Haarlem

MikeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Easily the best experience I’ve had with AirBnB. Staying here was like our home away from home. It was a great place to relax after a busy day being tourists. The backyard is beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful. It’s close to transportation, a market, and restaurants. Comfortable beds, everything was very clean and the kitchen has everything you’d need. What truly set this experience apart is Jet’s hospitality! Snacks and drinks were left for us and there wasn’t several paragraphs of checkout instructions. Jet’s attitude is very much, “Please enjoy yourself… turn the off the lights and lock up when you leave.” The neighbors are also incredibly nice and were happy to make suggestions on what to do. Absolutely a 5 star stay.

Charming 1901 Haarlem Home with Character

MatthiasRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a long trip and a long delay at arrival. Harvey reacted friendly and prompt that even a rather late arrival was not an issue. We were welcomed in person and got a nice welcome package with fruit, chokolate and beer, and felt at home immediately. Haarlem is a nice place to stay and in short distance for visits to Amsterdam and the beaches. We definitely recommend the place.

Monumental Central 3-BR Haarlem for Short Stay

PhyllisRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a wonderful stay! Matthew’s Airbnb is perfectly situated in central Haarlem—close to cafes, shops, Grote Markt and the train station. We greatly appreciated having use of a full kitchen, a washer (and then hung dry our clothes), and ample space for our family of 4, including 2 young kids. Of note, there are somewhat narrow stairs to get up to the unit, which seems to be common in Dutch residences. Would gladly book again!
A spacious kitchen and dining area is highlighted by wooden beams and herringbone flooring. A modern kitchen island is equipped with a cooktop and bar seating for two. A dining table sits adjacent, with framed artwork adorning the walls, allowing for a blend of style and functionality.

Luxury City Oasis Haarlem Center

GijsjeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a wonderful place! Luxury and tranquility come together perfectly here. An ideal starting point for a city visit. The kitchen is a paradise for cooking lovers and the bedroom offers tranquility. The patio is a hidden oasis in the city, ideal for soaking up the sun. The fluffy towels and welcome drink were also very pleasant. Host was super friendly and check in and check out went smoothly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
A charming outdoor space is featured with two wooden chairs placed on a gravel surface. The white double doors, set within a brick archway, open into the interior, allowing natural light to filter through. Lush greenery frames the entrance.

Fantastic "Tiny House" in Bloemendaal

SullivanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay. Perfectly located accommodation, 10-minute walk from the train station and less than a 5-minute walk from shops. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only small downside is the layout of the kitchen which could be better thought out. The microwave is difficult to access. Other than that, a very pleasant stay. Looking forward to returning to your beautiful country. 😁

Sunny 3 bedroom house in idyllic location

MarlienRating, 5 stars20 months ago
We had a great time at Melanie's! Everything was as described and the house as well as the garden are really beautiful! Melanie is a very friendly host who always responded quickly. In particular, the fact that a protective fence was erected in the garden for our 2 year old daughter so that she can't plunge into the adjacent creek, we found it extraordinarily accommodating! Thank you! Haarlem is also a beautiful city with a great city center and market that can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. We particularly liked the adjacent nature reserve and the beach, which are each worth their excursions.

Lovely family house, near the beach and circuit.

MarianneRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Very nice apartment, and nice and helpful host. A short distance to the grocery store. Haarlem was also a cozy place, we chose to spend more time there than in Amsterdam even though it was a short distance there. Got great cafe suggestions from the host as well.

Beach & city center | Spacious | Free parking

AmandaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This was a great rental for our extended family visiting from the United States. The house was spacious and comfortable for a big group, and Joris/Julia/Theresa were very responsive and also helpful to provide baby supplies (pack 'n play, crib, etc.) for our 1-year-old, too. We especially loved the location of this home in a peaceful neighborhood, across the street from a playground, easily walkable to downtown Haarlem (30 minutes), and also with easy access to a main road by car/bike. We had a rental car and never had an issue with street parking. Would highly recommend this home to other travelers!
An outdoor space features two wooden lounge chairs and a low coffee table arranged on patterned tiles. Soft sunlight illuminates the area, while greenery is visible along the edges, providing a serene setting for relaxation.

Cosy and spacious house

RyanRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Hein’s place is nicer than the photos suggest and in an ideal location. We were a family of four and had lots of space. We rented bikes from a nearby rental location and biked everywhere which is the best way to see the city. The place was very clean and tidy and we had no concerns. Like all Dutch homes the stairs are very steep which is just something to note if you have children. We would stay here again.

Exquisite designed apartment | 63 m2 | Long stay

DouglasRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

Family apartment next to Vondelpark

KimRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Apartment in best neighborhood!

JurekRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a great Stay in Florentijn's place in Amsterdam. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice part of Amsterdam (De Pijp) with many Restaurants and Shops, but still secluded and quiet during the nights. As it is connected via Metro in only three stations to the Central Station you can be in the city center in only 15 min but also other highlights in Amsterdam are ease to reach. The flat is small but has everything you need. We traveled as family with two kids (9 & 6y old) and everything worked out great. Florentijn answered all our questions super quickly and also helped us with questions to parking and public transportation. As we traveled on the Easter weekend, accommodation prices were high everywhere and the city was even fuller with tourists than normal. If you can avoid these peak times even better, but we still managed everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful family weekend.
