Vacation rentals with a patio in North Holland

Lukas and Taryn were fantastic hosts well before my friends and I arrived in Amsterdam. They were very accommodating when we asked if we could check in earlier after our long haul flights. The apartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us and it made us feel like we had a home away from home. The ferry to the shops and restaurants in the Center was no longer than 5 minutes and the apartment is a very close walk to the terminal. Taryn and Lukas were both extremely responsive when we had any questions and provided many local recommendations for us to check out! All in all, I would definitely recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a spacious place to make themselves at home in Amsterdam. Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay, the landlords were extremely friendly and always responsive. This small apartment has everything you need. I felt very comfortable there. The place offers everything you could want for a short vacation. The location is great. Since I was traveling with a dog, I really liked that you immediately have the opportunity to walk the dog "in the countryside" as soon as you leave the property. The entire property is a dream, the garden is a paradise. I would book this place again anytime.

This location and space was absolutely stunning and perfect for our stay. Ceilings are so high and allowed beautiful light in! Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra linens and blankets (we had three of us staying). Just steps away were so many shops including supermarkets and the market on Saturday. We easily spent a day in Amsterdam and my husband attended a meeting in Utrecht. Huge fridge allowed us to cook many meals with dishes, pots, & dishwasher. Gas cooktop and microwave/oven with convection worked really well for our needs. Nespresso machine was wonderful with a shop on the block (we wanted some decaf), but they have pods available in the unit. Felt very secure in locked building as well as a very safe neighborhood. Courtyard was super quiet and great to sit outside. Washing machine very efficient and although you need to hang dry, the process was very quick. Simple and efficient thermostat. So many plug outlets! Beautiful bathroom. Dreaming of staying again :)

The apartment was cozy and felt like a home. The neughbourhood is extremelly recommended for tourists, as it is walkable and easy to move arround. There are various restaurants/bars in the surroundings, not to mention Cuyp market but the apartment was very quiet. Amsterdam is a very expensive city to stay, and the price follows the regions average.

Demi is a fantastic host. Perfect communication, and we received great information along with excellent restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is bright and very cozy. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. Everything is also easily accessible on foot. We can definitely recommend it.

the apartment is located close to a range of shops,restaurants and bars. Very easy to travel to and from the main airport, either by bus or train. Comfy bed, well equipped, clean and quiet.

This apartment was in an ideal place. It was lovely and quiet walking distance from lovely restaurants and coffee shops and a lovely walk along the canal. I will certainly go back to this Airbnb apartment again it was lovely and clean and nice and quite and we felt very safe there

There were three of us with our dog in Ulla's cozy vacation home and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and overall the house is tastefully and not just functionally furnished. We particularly liked the fenced garden overlooking the countryside and the quiet location. Also, the private parking in front of the house was practical. The bathroom is quite small, but sufficient. Thanks Ulla, we had a lovely time!

We (as a family of five persons) had some wonderful days in this charming house with its good infrastructure and a fair driving distance to the North sea, the city center of Harlem and Amsterdam. Joep was very welcoming, we felt comfortable and can highly recommend it.

A super last-minute booking was possible without any problems and uncomplicated. The bungalow is lovingly modernized and furnished with everything you need. The complex is very well maintained and the beach is within walking distance with a walk over the dunes. We felt very comfortable.

There were five of us staying with Janine. And even though it was high summer and we were on the beach a lot, there were also a few gloomy days. The apartment then plays an important role and that there are five of you. In addition and of course in general, Janine's apartment was a real gift. In addition, Huisduinen seems to be a little off the tourist's mainstream, which is very pleasant. At the same time, you have direct access to the sea and enchanting beaches. Janine is a very friendly and attentive hostess. We can recommend Janine's apartment without ifs and buts.

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

This was a great rental for our extended family visiting from the United States. The house was spacious and comfortable for a big group, and Joris/Julia/Theresa were very responsive and also helpful to provide baby supplies (pack 'n play, crib, etc.) for our 1-year-old, too. We especially loved the location of this home in a peaceful neighborhood, across the street from a playground, easily walkable to downtown Haarlem (30 minutes), and also with easy access to a main road by car/bike. We had a rental car and never had an issue with street parking. Would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

It is a super cozy apartment. The host is very friendly and nice! Since we mostly wanted to be by the sea, it was ideal that there is a bike rental directly opposite...😄...... we know Bergen from before and were enthusiastic again!!! I'd be happy to come back😉😄

Beautiful apartment. Exactly as pictured. A quiet area, just outside Amsterdam. By train or means in 15 minutes you are at the central station. And thanks to the beautiful bikes available, everything becomes an additional vacation. Yafit and Jerry are great hosts. Always here to help but never intrusive. Thank you. Everything is great. Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

The place was very nicely decorated and we felt comfortable. The city center was within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay in Haarlem.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

We had a wonderful week in Julie's apartment. Everything was as described. Great location. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

That is second time for us at Elles place, we recommend it as we feel at home and privacy. Close to train station which is easy to see many places around also close to the market

Enjoyed our stay at Niel's! The kids loved the playground across the street and playing with the toys at the house. Beds were comfy and the fireplace was nice at night. Quiet despite being in a busy part of town. Right off the main street. Lots of food and bakeries near. Next to the canal. Steep stairs down the primary bedroom. One of the kids bedrooms is on the first floor. It's exactly what Airbnb was made for back in the day - your staying at someone's main home, so it's not pristine or organized like a hotel, but everything you'll need for a few days away. Thank you for hosting us!

In all my travels this is by far was the best value and best stay! It is very elderly/handicap friendly (no steps and safe shower/toilet)and that is important in Amsterdam! Public transport was available in 5 mins. The supermarket was 5 mins. The bike rental was across the street and very friendly and flexible on rates! Toby was the best host always responsive even when getting accidental calls. Rembrandt park (less tourists) with in seconds walk and the garden was so enjoyable. Take the Rembrandt/Vondel/Museumplein bike ride! This is a 5 star stay as the detail and cleanliness i haven't even addressed. Thank you for a never forget holiday for 3 generations of Texans coming back to the Dutch homeland!
